Theo~

Monday came and I decided to take the kids to school. I needed to make sure that nobody but family could pick them up.

"Good morning, Mr. Crowell, how can I help you." Jill asked.

"I want to add strict pick up rules when it comes to Mox and Wren. I only want a handful of people to pull my kids out if need be." I said making her frown but get the forms anyways.

"Put all names and numbers here of the people allowed to pick them up. And list anyone not allowed to pick them up down here." She said pointing out where I needed to put the information.

I quickly wrote down everyone's names and numbers. And add the two I didn't want to have my kids. Call me paranoid all you want but I wasn't taking chances. I handed her the form and thank her.

"I'll put a copy in each file for you." She said doing just that. I left her said good bye to the kids before heading out.

I had a lot to do today so I needed to get busy. First stop was to go get my online courses paid for and buy my books.

I've decided to just get a bachelors degrees in business to help Zero out. It wouldn't take me long and I could do it all at home while I worked for him setting up appointments and handling the billing.

My second stop was to pick up more personal items from the store. And see the doctor about the pill for both Zero and I.

Because the kids had been so good I thought I could stop and get them a surprise. That one stop added two more stops to my list. They wouldn't get the surprise until tomorrow but it would be worth it.

I decided Starbucks was in my future so I stopped. One triple mocha Frappuccino later and I was walking down Main Street to my truck.

"Theodosius I mean Theo could we talk for a second?" Jonah asked.

"Sure, what can I do for you?" I asked politely.

"I just wanted to say I'm sorry. Truly sorry for everything. And that I'm extremely proud of you and the man you've become. I honestly have no excuse for what I've done to you or your siblings but I'd like to maybe get to know all of you. On your terms that is. I understand if you don't want too. But I'm asking you to please consider it." He said sounding like he meant every word.

"I personally don't have a problem with it. But Wren and Mox are their own people and they can decide for themselves. My job is to guide them to make smart decisions not tell them how to live their lives. Yes they have rules and yes there is consequences for breaking rules, rude behavior bad manners. But I don't tell them how to live. That's up to them." I said before taking a sip of heaven.

"Well if you could ask them if they'd like to see me again I'd like to bring Neo by for all of you to meet." He said with a sigh.

"I'm sure they'd love that. And so would I. I'll let you know once I ask them." I said and he smiled handing me his card.

"Thank you. I look forward to seeing you all again." He said smiling a real smile for once.

I left him there and headed back to the house. I had painters coming today to paint the kids rooms. Plus both mates were home and I missed them.

"Hey guys, I brought lunch." I hollered up to my mates while they was on the barn roof. I had stopped and picked up some fast food on my way home.

"Hey baby, come on up." Nash said pointing to the ladder.

"I'd rather not. Because once I'm up I'll never come down." I said laughing. Me and roofs have a history. I didn't like them and they didn't like me.

"How about we come down and eat then we can all go for a run." Zero suggested.

"I could go for a run." I said liking the idea. We've never done that so it should be fun.

I found out that zero is a bear shifter with giant and elf in him. I really never noticed his little points in his ears but Nash showed me. Nash is wolf and coyote with a touch of vampire. But not enough vampire to need blood. He just likes his meat a little on the raw side.

We think if we ever have kids the elf and vampire will disappear from the blood line because their isn't a lot in the blood line to begin with.

"How was you day?" Zero asked.

"Good. Everything at the school is set up. The kids surprise is on hold until tomorrow. I'm signed up for my classes I start next Monday and I have our pills. So we can start taking them tonight. In a month we should be good to go with out condoms. I ran into Jonah, he would like to bring Neo over to meet us. I stopped for lunch and now we're going for a run." I said smiling.

"Wow busy boy. The stuff to soundproof the room will be here tomorrow along with everything for the bathroom. I ordered new doors that will help with the sound. And our beds will be delivered on Wednesday." Zero said smiling.

"Carson and Zandra's house will be finished once the painters are done and the plumber gets that one pipe he had to order. The roof to the barn is almost done and a couple of the guys are coming tomorrow to fix the stalls. The other two house and four cabins we will work on slower. We have couple jobs outside of here we need to do." Nash said.

"So this is going to be our norm, huh. Sitting down for lunch talking about our days. And at dinner we let the kids do the talking. I have to say I kind of like it." I said leaning back in my chair taking it all in.

"I like it too." Zero said with a happy sigh.

"Yeah, now let's run." Nash said laughing.

We all shifted. Zero was a huge brown bear that loved to roll around and scratch up trees. He was a little lazy on the running but Nash and I took off. It was good to run with his gray wolf. Our other halves where happy to finally interact together. I'd have to say this has been my favorite day since I've been here. I could get use to this.
