I know! I know! Before you all start asking why I've been gone for like 5 MONTHS, let me tell you this.... Okay I don't have a good explanation, but I promise you that I tried to make the next chapter (aka this one). But school and family and a whole bunch of writers block got in the way. But now that I'm back, let's get on with it!

Cuphead's PoV:

I stared at the demon with his hand outstretched towards me, not saying anything. I looked at his hand for a bit then back at him. He looked really nervous, almost as if he wasn't comfortable talking to me. Right before he pulled his hand back, I grabbed it. I shook his hand and gave him a warm smile. "Hi! I'm Cuphead. And this is my bro Mugman." Mugman, who had been standing there the entire time, waved to him. The demon-cat-thingy waved back and started to smile more genuinely. "Well," Bendy started to say, "I should be goin' with my brother now. Just wanted to say hi. " Bendy started to walk away when Mugman stopped him.

Bendy's PoV:

I started walking away from my crush when his brother stopped me. "Wait! I have a question!" I turned around and looked at him. "Mhm?" Was all I said to him. "What kind of toon are you? Like a demon. A cat? Both?" I laughed at him question. It was so out of the blue that I couldn't resist a chuckle. After laughing for a few seconds, I finally answered his question. "I'm a demon. No cat in me." He nodded and I took that as a cue to leave. That is, until I was stopped again by the red one with anotuer question. "Hey wait!" He said waving his hand at me. "I have a question!" I turned back around to him and gave the same signal, "Mhm?" He smiled and put his hand down, asking me, "Why were you staring at us everytime you saw us?" I had to think quick for this one. I couldn't just tell him straight away like that, it would scare him away. I finally said, "I... Ain't never seen one of ya before. Y'all are really rare when I'm from." I guess it was a good lie because they nodded and waved bye to me. I waved back and quickly waked back over to Boris. He was standing there with a slight smirk. "So. How'd it go?" I grinned at him, really happy with myself. "Better than I expected."
