After Louie left the room, webby started having the same suspicions that had engulfed her head months before. At first, she felt joyous the Louie was alright, yet now panic fluttered in her just like hundreds of butterflies dancing in her stomach at the same time and the feeling was overwhelming, to say the least. She had just gotten the old Louie back or so she had thought to look back at the past few weeks of somewhat normal Louie. But now this was not Louie, He may have had a few traits in common with Louie his sly and clever kinda charm. But this was just a cold husk left behind of a jubilant content duck. "This is not Louie, It can't be" she whispered in almost a whimper of pain in her voice that cracked against her bill as she left the room in the web prints that Louie had just manufactured across the titles of the bedroom floor.

Beakly hadn't even tried to even stop webby from leaving the room noticing how upset she was. "This has to have something to do with the spell or curse that was placed on him right? it had to be! but why type of spell or curse? maybe I could help" webby thought as she raced in panicked fit towards he room where she had kept most of her research and notes and if she couldn't find anything she planned on going into the library.  she trained herself to the door of her bedroom which she would normally go through the vent or something like that, but right now she had a lot more on her mind.

She grabbed the handle of the door and through the door behind her with force as she enters her room frantically with a glare of hope and determination in her eyes to find a way to help a dear friend. Her eyes searched around her somewhat neat room. Looking over at her pin board of the McDuck family that overlooked her desk and bookshelves. She opened one of the books she had on ancient books and curses that she quickly brought to her small desk that was covered in clutter. Webby quickly pushed the clutter aside with great ease and force onto the ground and another side of the desk for space to place the book.

She opened the book and started on the first page and the first sentence scanning through curses or spell ton change personality or possession or anything of the sorts. By the time she had gotten halfway through the book she had few possibilities but was soon ruled out. By the time she was halfway through the book it was already 10:56 an hour or so after her bedtime and with no plan of stopping, she thought it would be best if she took a little break for some juice and biscuits or whatever she could find. Webby laid down the book on the desk and got off from her now uncomfortable chair so caught up in the book finding the solution to her friend predicament she hadn't noticed. Still unsatisfied that she was yet to find a solution for Louie she walked to the door and quickly opened it and made her way quickly through the dark lightly light hallway to the kitchen and dining room.

It was quite easy for webby to be quiet and sneaky so she quickly made her way to the kitchen. And there she made rounds in the cabinets to find any sort of snacks for her to eat. And after a while of this, she finally settled on a chocolate chip cookie. She almost set one webbed foot out of the kitchen before she heard a familiar voice. Louie's voice, she had no clue who he could be talking to, especially at this hour of the night. She slowly and quietly crosses the corner clingily to the wall for dear life to sneak around to find out the commotion involving Louie. She slowly turned her head into the dining room to find Louie talking to himself in deep conversation sitting on the couch.

Webby couldn't hear much of what Louie was saying as Louie was whispering almost mumbling out words to himself, that went from agreeing on the argument to disagreeing that changed throughout the mumbling or argument that where visible in his facial expression as he was staring done at the ground almost like staring at a smaller figure. But there was nothing there. Webby wanted to know more being nervous, curious and started to sneak closer to Louie to understand what he was saying. She was able to hide behind the couch at a distance where Louie couldn't see her but she could hear him. The mumbles became more clear to webby. "no that wouldn't work" and " I couldn't do that to him".
