I pushed the large key into a seemingly small lock, a click and a turn and the door released itself of the stress and stood open before me. I dragged my valise as I made my way through a narrow hallway. It greeted me with a warm toned abstract painting and a salient Buddha statue that sat in peace on the tall but slender teak table. The passage like entry lead to a spacious hall with the television on one wall and a tapestry to the right of it and a tiny balcony opposite to it and a very welcoming view of the Ashvem beach at a distance.

The strange thing about this place was that it showed clues of the presence of another person. The solid wood center table had plates with leftovers from last night, wet towels carelessly thrown on the couch, unwashed utensils in the sink and a whole lot of mess. I was a little baffled for I was told by the house owner a week ago that I'll be the first to move in. As I was on my trail to inspect, a bedroom door clicked open and a 'Hello' was thrown at me in a raspy yet soft masculine voice.

A young man with wet flaxen hair running a towel through it ,stood shamelessly in his pair of white boxers displaying his visible body tan lines. I stood stiff yet guarded, as I looked at the adonis with quite a few questions running in my head and the most probably being that there is a slightest possiblity that I was in the wrong suite.
But this boy was as calm as the Buddha statue guarding the entrance looking right at me.

"I am extremely sorry I invaded your privacy" I mumbled in guilt and continue d to justify "It must have been an error by the house owner" and I ran out to make a call leaving my valise behind, while he was busy rubbing his soaked hair.

"I'm sorry Sir, I think I had clearly mentioned that I would only share with a female! We had talked this through before paying my advance!" I blabbered in anger.

"... But I don't want to move to the smaller flats! I have bloody paid for this, God damn it!" I yelled louder into the phone.

I was firm that I wasn't going to stay here by any chance, Doesn't he have any respect for his own words? I barged into the hallway and gripped unto my suitcase and released all my anger on it dragged it harshly along with me.

"Hey... Hey... Heeyy... Where ya off to?" He yelled from behind.

"Somewhere away from here" yelled I not even turning back to look at him.

" It's half past nine, in case you are unaware" he said with a pinch of concern I his tone.

I stopped at once and in my own pace turned around to look at him - a little smile but not too dominant.

"You can stay here for tonight and maybe sort out whatever your issue is tomorrow morning?" He assured.

I forced a little smile on my annoyed face, after all he wasn't that bad of a guy.
