The next morning Shravan woke up early and noticed he was holding her tightly against him as she was snuggling on his chest .This caused him to smile no matter what happens they always find a way to come close. He moved carefully not wanting to wake her up and slipped out her hold .He went for a quick shower and later went to the office, it was the weekend but he was still going to the office to catch up on the meeting he missed . And he did not want to see Nikhil ,he was getting on his nerves! !
Shravan was in a meeting with Ramnath Pushkar and Rakesh debriefing him concerning Singhania's fraud case .
"Were heading in the right direction" Ramnath said going through the legal papers
Shravan nodded things got more clear about the case and were able to collect testimonies .
Suman had a day off and the family planned to go to Chandighar for Kamini's niece's wedding in the evening .Everyone were busy ironing there dress and wrapping gifts .Nikhil was eating a banana seeing the ladies busy
"We have to leave early!" Kamini announced as they all nodded
"Im coming too right?"Nikhil asked sitting next to Vandy
"Ofcourse you have too ! We need people to make it more fun!"Vandy said in her usual chirpiness
Nirmala and Kamini were wrapping the sweets in a silver tray and some fancy clothes for the bride and other family members. Suman was helping out but kept glancing at the door ,she knew Shravan went to the office early to finish his work .She didn't see him at the breakfast table nor did he come home for lunch! She didn't know why but last night there seemed to be a change in his behaviour,he seemed bothered and distant!
Suman was busy with Nirmala and Kamini helping them choose there outfit and matching jewellery ,it was almost nearing 5pm as they started getting ready. She went in the kitchen finally getting a break and saw Shravan through the large glass window .He was with Pushkar and Nikhil in the garden working out !
Shravan was intensely into his workout doing push ups while the boys were trying to lift the dumbles. He wanted to kick Nikhil out but since he was with Pushkar he didn't say anything ignoring the chap fiercely !
"Shravan bhaiya could lift these 50 pound dumbles like feathers " Pushkar said to Niklhil who was doing bench presses
Suman was glad to see her husband and walked in with smoothies "tan tana !! Healthy strawberry smoothies for the macho men!!" She said with a sweet smile
Shravan paused for a second glancing at his lovely wife but continued his push-ups!
" Sumo!! Your so sweet thank you! Don't mind me boys I'm taking beak !"Nikhil said settling on the side bench .Pushkar smiled taking his glass from her .
"Look at your husband he hasn't stopped since we started "Nikhil teased
Suman eyes softened on Shravan who seemed quite angry and ignoring everyone around him! Including Nikhil! He was in his own bubble processing his own thoughts and at the same time bending down doing his push ups,exceeding his workout . He was angry frustrated at himself as Nikhil words keep hitting him
"I don't know where you had the guts to leave sumo for 2 years she's such an amazing girl.."
Shravan clutched his jaws angrily ! This guy has no idea of the situation or the context in which they were apart for two years .
"Listen ! Sumo is my wife so watch what your saying!" He warned
"Another reason to not walk out on her,she deserved better "
