Hello, my name is Cooper Lòpez. I'm a 34 year old US war vet as well as an
ambitious explorer! When I was released from the military, I decided to start exploring the world, with my service dog Marley by my side every step of the way.

I started out by visiting all the major cities in Europe, then Asia. My adventuring led me to finding a mysterious island hidden in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The island seemed normal at first, but there was an odd feel about it. Like it was magical or something crazy like that. Me, Marley, and my adoptive brother Lloyd made our way through the richly forested area, then it suddenly changed to a plains area!?
After a bit of exploring we concluded that the island was separated into 7 main sections based on biome. There was an Arctic area, coniferous forest, Savannah, Deciduous forest, desert, plains area, and a mix of all of them. Within them there were smaller sections but I'm not one for detail, I'll leave that for Lloyd if he ever makes an entree. Knowing how much of a total nerd he is he most likely will!

While we were exploring the border between the coniferous and deciduous areas, we noticed a canine. Well actually Marley noticed it, she stared trying to get me a way from it. It had a weird brown grey colour to it with bright violet eyes. But most striking of all was its sheer size! Man I almost crapped my pants! That thing was at least 5 feet y'all standing on all fours! After looking at it for a moment we discovered it had a pair of folded wings. The feathers had a slightly lighter Color than the rest of its body. It was quite a beautiful sight.

The canine began walking towards us, wearily but also quite curiously. It had, long sharp claws that looked like they belonged on a large cat rather than a canine. Marley stood in front of me protectively. Her pointy ears at attention. The creature tilted its head, sniffing her cautiously. Now, this is wear it gets weird.

My service dog started to glow white. What-? It was like..the strangest thing ever! After a couple seconds she stopped glowing and nothing seemed to be changed other than the fact that the creature seemed calmer. My little Siberian Husky was clearly shaken, but had also somehow calmed a bit and became less protective. The creature watched us for a minute before it's ears went alert, then it ran off faster than I've ever seen any animal run! I bet that thing could out run a cheetah!

We sat confused for a minute, me and Lloyd shared puzzled glances.
"That's one for the history books," he said in his French accent.
"Certainly is..." I responded scratching my head.
Suddenly another animal popped out from the bushes on the deciduous side of the forest. It was smaller and blonde in colour. It had bright blue eyes and patches of brown on its chest and paws. These canines were gorgeous.

He walked right up to me, wagging his tail. Now, knowing canines, tail wagging isn't always a friendly gesture, they also wag their tails when they're getting ready to fight and stuff. I prepared myself to be attacked but instead he licked my arm, right where I'd had a scar from my years in the military. Then I began glowing blue. Hold on what? I. Was. Glowing. GLOWING!
That was freaky to say the least. I didn't feel different other than the fact that I felt a strange connection to the wolf. Then it clicked, we were connected somehow, but how? He found my scar that I got serving in the US military, how? He'd never seen me up close before. Was this some sort of magic?

The wolf trotted away after a while, getting bored of us. Exploring the small island we met several more wolves of very varied colours, shapes, and sizes. We counted and recorded every single one of them. Each of them expressed very different traits, like people from different countries would. We found a white wolf trotting around a prairie and he caused Lloyd to glow purple after sniffing him. He said he'd felt a connection with the snow white canine.

We contemplated the data we'd collected after the week. The, Lloyd hit a break. The blonde wolf connected with me and was fairly large with huge teeth and a spunky personality. He reminded Lloyd of my home country the US of A.

After meeting every wolf, we concluded that there was roughly 195 of them. There were no pups, small wolves, but no pups what so ever. Did they not reproduce? Or did they just have breeding seasons that were far and few between? These questions would soon be answered by Lloyd's super nerd brain and my awesome...watching him work while petting Marley and eating French candy skills!

I'm excited to share all of our adventures with you. Me and Lloyd decided to stay on the island. We even invited my sister and Lloyd's girlfriend to come live with us. Gigi, Lloyd's girlfriend, happily excepted. Lilly was harder to convince. But eventually they came around. Lilly made a connection with a beautiful black wolf with orange eyes that we concluded represented China because Lilly is mostly Chinese (did I mention she's adopted too?)

We came to many conclusions over the months we lived there. We set up a base and other people, veterinarians, scientists, historians, adventurers, and many more wanted in on the awesome island that had yet to be named. Our base grew and the animals became weary of us.
