Seulgi arrived after 4 days and Sooyoung told her then that she's going to Jeju. 2 weeks was enough to settle things in the university, she really just waited for Seulgi to come back so that someone would look out for Jungkook. The day after Seulgi came back, Sooyoung left, still not telling Seulgi the matter. She'll tell her once she comes back.

When she arrived at her home, she told her parents about her condition and stayed there for a week before she goes back to seoul with her family, she got a call from Seulgi and was told that her cousin got himself a girlfriend and started nagging at her, like why Sooyoung let him and why she didn't do anything to win his heart when they were both alone at the apartment. Sooyoung could only laugh at her friend but cried after she ended the call.

It's for the best.

But... It does hurt.

Though she already prepared herself for it, the pain is still the same, much even greater.

Still, she wished for his happiness. It's the only thing that she could do for him.

The first thing that Sooyoung did when she went back to seoul was to tell Seulgi her condition, she cried when she told her about it but Sooyoung just laughed.

Seulgi slapped her arm. "You're laughing? How could you smile like that! Why aren't you crying? you bad woman, you're making me feel bad."

Sooyoung shrug her shoulder smiling she said. "Already did and got nothing by crying so I decided to just be myself." the her who smiles a lot. She looked at her seriously. "Please don't tell him."

Seulgi nodded continously.

"Don't cry, it's just a possibility. We don't really know what will happen."

Seulgi cried harder. "But still... A tumor in your brain? Sooyoung-a.."

"It's not bad really, the doctor said that it can be removed." She said patting Seulgi's back lightly.

"When is the surgery?"

"In two weeks but I'll be confined starting tomorrow for some check ups." She didn't want to think about what will happen in the next couple of days.

Seulgi calmed down and stopped crying.

"Don't you think... you need him at your side? He'll be really angry if he found out about this later on." Seulgi said and even if she doesn't mention his name, Sooyoung knows who already.

Sooyoung bursted out laughing. "Why would he get angry?" That's ridiculous.

Seulgi slapped her arm once again. "Yah, you don't know how much my cousin likes you, don't you? I know he's just trying to forget you by getting a girl somewhere. And I know that you know as well why he arrived earlier here in korea. It's really hard to act like I don't know anything you know."

Sooyoung nodded leaning her elbow on the table and put her hand under her chin. She knows that already, atleast that's what she'd like to think after his confession.

"He really became a man now, didn't he?" She said not for Seulgi to hear but she felt like saying that to herself.
