Part 3

Hey guys...
Sorry I haven't updated in a long time. I have a lot on my plate right now.
And I wrote an update that was 1000 words and I accidentally deleted it. I know I'm pretty stupid but I'll try my hardest to write at least twice a week.

It was last period, noodle said "I have to audition" for their band.
I wasn't focusing on the teacher at all, well most kids aren't either.
I sighed, I started to tap my pencil on my desk.
Each tap the more and more anxious I was getting
Tap tap tap...
Tap tap tap...
It was hard to focus in this new school, so much kids I don't know.
New teachers I had to deal with,
And of course my new home.

I was about to write something on my blank piece of paper when the bell stopped me.
I practically felt the whole classes mood light up as they all collected their stuff and left the class, so did I.
I put my earphones in and walked down this ordinary school hallway.
I was looking down at my feet wondering if I'm even gonna fit in this school.
I was thinking so hard that I walked into someone that was coming towards my way.
I walked into them and fell back, but the person that I walked into grabbed my hand and caught me.
I looked up at the person, it was yet again Murdoc.
"Oh Stuart... we always meet like this!"  He grinned at me, still holding my hand.
"Hahha thanks..."
I awkwardly smiled back.
"No problem cutie" he pulled me up straight and kissed my hand.
He winked at me and wrapped his arm around me.
"Ahaha..."
He led me to the other direction, I was confused on where we were going.
"M-murdoc? Where are we going?" I stuttered out my sentence.

"Noodle told me you can sing so we're going to the band room to check you out " he casually said.
He then smirked and looked back at my ass, "not like I haven't already" he laughed.
I blushed and giggled "HAHA so funny Murdoc " I said in a sarcastic tone.
I gotta admit, that sentence made me have butterflies in my stomach.
Was he joking around? He had to be.
Murdoc doesn't seem gay.

We took a turn and then not long after we came up to a room, Murdoc opened the door and held it open.
He was... holding it for me?
I walked into the room and Murdoc closed the door behind us.
We walked up a short flight of stairs and greeted by noodle and Russell.
She was listening to music on some headphoness. Russell was writing into a notebook.
When Noodle saw me and Murdoc come in she immediately got up and ran towards me.
"Stuart!!! You didn't bail on us!" She wrapped her arms around my waist.
I giggled.
"Yeah of course I wouldn't"
I could hear Murdoc laughing to himself behind me.

"Yeah I made sure he didn't bail on us, I like this one."
Murdoc said while walking towards me and noodle.
"I like him too!"
I awkwardly smiled.
"So you gonna sing for us?" Murdoc said while leaning against a wall.
"Uh... yeah, maybe" I mumbled the last part.
"Okay! Just tell us when your ready"
Just like that noodle went back to listening to music and Murdoc started to play a bass guitar.
I sighed and sat down in the chair nearest to me.
Okay... you just gotta sing a little bit, and if your good enough you can hangout with these guys everyday! Maybe they can be my friends? Maybe I'll fit into this band.

"Uh... noodle? I'm ready" I said while slowly standing up.
"Wow that was fast!" She got up and arranged three chairs to face the front of the room.
The three of them sat down into those chairs.
I walked in front of all 3 of them.

I sighed... "uh I don't really have a song to sing but I'll sing one of my favourite songs" I looked down at my feet.

Here goes nothing.

I didn't look up once, i was scared to.
The room was dead silent, oh jeez... they hated it...
I slowly looked up, their faces, they looked like they just saw a ghost.
"W-was I g-good?" I said stammering my words.
Noodle began to smile and she got up.
"Were you good?! You were amazing! Your voice is so beautiful!" She ran up to me and hugged me while jumping up and down.
"Holy shit kid, you are better than I expected" Russel said while getting up and patting my shoulder.

I smiled,
Was I really that good?
The only one who didn't say anything was Murdoc.
All three of us looked at him all in sync
He had an unreadable expression on his face.
I gulped,
He finally broke his unreadable expression and he started to smile.
He got up and walked over to me.

"Welcome to our band, cutie"
