While "transporting", a term to call their means of transportation that usually takes one whole day to get to where they wished to go, Kobi and Tina had an idle chat.“Mr Kobi, Mr Kobi,” Tina calls the frowning boy, even though they simply Indian sat next to each other in the empty void of lightning blue.
“What?” he asked in an obviously irritated voice.
“According to this magazine,” Tina points her little book, “your face is at least the top fourth most ideal feature of a man. Aren't you happy?”
Kobi frowns. “That issue is from two hundred years ago. Do you want me to kick you?”
Tina pouts. “But, at least you were considered fourth most handsome in some point of history!”
“Is that a compliment? If it is, then you suck at flattering people and you must get kicked.” Kobi said through gritted teeth.
“It's...not...a...compliment? ” Tina smiled unsurely.
“Then I will kick you.”
“Wha-a-a-a-t?! That's unfair!” Tina exclaims, already in a defensive posture with her arms as her shield.
“Yeah, right. Get ready to have your arse kicked.” Kobi laughed cruelly.
He stood and slowly loomed over her. Tina kept laughing awkwardly, visibly scared.
“Wait, wait, stop!”
“Um, no.”
“I — I sincerely think that you are an attractive guy!”
A brief silence embraced the two.
Kobi's brow arched. “Try again.”
“But, I'm serious though...”
Kobi eyed the little girl. Her round eyes hinted sincerity, but...it's just not as effective and flattering to hear when it came from a small girl whose age he simply doesn't know.
He sighed and dropped to his feet. He stared off into space, thinking deeply over a subject he never thought he'd ponder on about.
How old is this little woman?
