Why would Nagito do this? Does he know who killed Byakuya? That doesn't matter for now. I'll figure out that out later...for now I need to not let everyone die. If Nagito knows who the culprit is then he might stick up for them and lead us all in the wrong direction. Everyone's faces were filled with fear, some with confidence and some with nervousness. I can't let everyone die... And they won't die! I had better look through my evidence again...

I clearly know what the murder weapon is and where it was found. The murder weapon was the missing skewer but hidden inside the meat on the bone and I found it in the kitchen. There also was that trapdoor that went down under the floor and the same glow in the dark paint was found under Byakuya's body... I should not say much for now but be on guard for what Nagito plans to do for the killer. He must know who it is but is protecting them as he believes in their 'hope'.

Nagito: "Well, then. What are we to do now? If we agree the knife wasn't the murder weapon, then there's no conclusive evidence showing I'm the murderer."

Mahiru: "Y...You should keep your mouth shut! This is up for the rest of us to decide!"

[F/N]: "Well, I think he is not the murderer. There is no evidence to show he managed to kill Byakuya, in fact, there is evidence showing he didn't kill him. Nagito doesn't know the true murder weapon and if he did he probably would have told us now as he knew both Me and Mikan examined the body. I wasn't at the party but when I showed up he didn't have any blood on him and he wouldn't be able to change in such a short amount of time."

Nagito: "Ah! Someone's finally complimenting me for my impeccable personal hygiene! Even when my mother never praised me for anything!"

[F/N]: "Don't speak unless I say you can speak. You speaking will steer us away from the truth!"

Mikan: "I agree. He was too clean. I mean... there was a lot of blood splattered all underneath the table, wasn't there? There were even splatters of blood all over the tablecloth..."

 Akane: "Maybe... he simply used something to avoid the blood."

[F/N]: "Then we would have found it in the dining hall as nobody could see and everyone would have seen it. But there was something that did cover the blood but ill let someone else take over for now."

Hajime: "There was a tablecloth with blood on it in the storage room... Is that what you are talking about?"

I gave him a firm nod to let him know he was on the right track.

Fuyuhiko: "If there was blood on it, that must be it! Nagito must have used it under the table to avoid the blood!"

Hajime: "Did you not listen to [F/N]? Nagito could have used it as he wouldn't have been able to take it there after the blackout or during it. It was a pretty large tablecloth too."

Nagito looks like he wants to say something...

[F/N]: "Nagito say what you want to say but if it leads us off track... I will not hesitate to silence you for a short time..."

He gave me a nod as if to say thank you...

Nagito: "It was enough trouble grabbing the knife in the darkness. Stabbing someone while wrapped in a tablecloth on top of that... I don't think the most talented people in this room could do that... let alone someone at my level."

Teruteru: "S...So... What does it mean...?

Chiaki: "Perhaps... the culprit didn't stab Byakuya under the table but from under the floor."
