So Close, Yet So Far

I woke up when the captain suddenyl spoke.. He said that we will be landing soon and to prepare our seatbelts which I did..

I opened the window blinds as I can see Australia's wide view.. Its actually stunning.. On how huge the country is.. I knew that I could'nt cope with it..

The plane landed making all the passengers shake up..

The captain announced that its allowed to depart the plane.. I grabbed my bag and quickly stood up as I lined along with the other passengers..

I took a cab and told the specific destination...

"Are you sure you want to go to that place sir?" The driver suddenly asked in English as I struggle to understand properly..

I showed him hand gestures trying to tell him that I cant understand.. Well he knew.. so he placed something on the back of his seat..

It showed the word..

I placed my mouth close to the thing the driver placed.. I spoke in Korean of course.. I was shocked to hear my voice suddenly turning to english...

I was also surprised to know that their techs are actually advance than ours..

"Aah! Your a Jeon.. Ok I see.." He said as I nodded..

"Well... we're here.. No need to pay sir.." He said as I thanked him and grabbed my stuff and went out..

I looked at the place which is actually huge.. I took a step forward near the gate..

I knocked on the door as I waited for someone to answer...

"Hello? Anyone there?" I asked as I waited..

Its been nearly 30 minutes and there is still no one answering the gate... which annoyed me..

I decided to look around to enter.. which is actually a dumb idea but.. I tried anyway..

I finally made it inside as I hunged my mouth open when I saw the beautiful surrounding of the place.. I immediatley went inside the front door as I opened it..

"Anyeong!" I said as they looked at me.. confused..

"What's with the look guys?" I asked as they looked at each other..

"A-are you.. Sir Jeon's son?" One of them asked as I nodded

They all looked in shocked and immediately stood up straight..

"Hey.. no need to do that.." I said as thy looked confused..

"But.. we cant.. We must do this everytime a Jeon comes in.." The maid said as I sighed..

Lemme guess.. My parents told you huh?" I asked as they slowly nodded..

I aproached them.. and placed my hands on their shoulders..

"Dont worry guys.. Im different.. I dont treat people like you harsh.. Im here to help too.." I said as they smiled..

"Thank you" The maid said as I smiled back..

"Im gonna head to my room for a bit.. See you later.." I said as they waved..

I opened the door and smiled as I saw my old room..

"Its been years since I came here.. and yet you still look the same.." I said as I layed on the bed.. I looked at the ceiling..

I sat up as my mind picked up something..
