Just a Bit

Chapter 4

I've been limiting my screen time cos I'm, ya know, concussed so I'm writing 500 words at most every day / every other day. 

So the chapter might be a mess now hehe don't kill me pls

Also Jade's choker in the picture above probably costs more than my life and everything I own

It was just past 8:30 in the morning when Perrie woke up slowly, blinking her eyes sleepily. Not recognizing where she was, the blonde turned her head and smiled when she saw Jade laying sound asleep next to her. 

The scent of lasagna still hung in the air as Perrie kissed Jade's head, slowly slipping from underneath the brunette and stretching as she stood onto her feet. 

As she walked into the kitchen, Perrie heard her phone buzz. She spied it on the counter, and she picked it up to read the text messages. 

Momma Jes 👑: Just letting you know that we don't have work today

Leigh Leigh 👸🏾: So you don't end up looking like idiots like we did when we walked in on our day off

Momma Bear 👑: But I guess you know that we don't have work cos you're not here right now

Perrie chuckled as she typed a response. 

Princess Pezza ✌️: It was just luck that I forgot to set my alarm I guess. Otherwise I'd be right there beside you 😂

Momma Jes 👑: Normally I'd scold you for forgetting to set your alarm but for once you did something right!

Leigh Leigh 👸🏾: Jeez Jes give the girl a break she just woke up

Momma Jes 👑: Oh did we wake you up?

Princess Pezza ✌️: lol nope I woke up cos I had to use the toilet

Momma Jes 👑: TMI Perrie

Princess Pezza ✌️: Whatever I'm leaving you two to argue I'm going back to sleep

Leigh Leigh 👸🏾: Okay bye Perrie

Momma Jes 👑 : We're coming over later

Princess Pezza ✌️: Thanks for the heads up Jesy

Momma Jes 👑: My pleasure

Perrie rolled her eyes as she set he phone down and yawned. She set off for the toilet, exiting the bathroom a couple minutes later feeling very sleepy again and now refreshed. 

"Perrie?" Jade's voice came from the other room, her voice heavy with sleep. 

"Yeah?" Perrie responded, walking back into the living room. 

"Where did you go?" Jade asked, Perrie smiling as she found Jade's sleepy voice adorable. 

"Just to the toilet," Perrie whispered, smiling as Jade let out a yawn. She looked like a little puppy waking up from sleeping. 

"Do you want to sleep in an actual bed? I promise it's more comfortable than the couch," Perrie said. 

"Mmm, okay," Jade responded, already drifting off again. 

Perrie walked over and scooped Jade into her arms. Perrie cradled Jade bridal style in her arms as she went into the bedroom and set Jade down on one side of her double bed and crawled under the covers on the other side. 

"'Night Perrie," Jade whispered, snuggling into the blonde's side. 

"Sleep well baba," Perrie whispered, running a hand gently through Jade's caramel hair as she felt the brunette's breathing even.
