Yeorin woke up, as the light shone on her face; morning sun rays hitting her window. Sleepily, Yeorin walked to Kumi's dog bed in the corner of her room, "Good morning Kumi~ Slept well?" Yeorin aegyo-talked to Kumi, as she picked Kumi up and walked towards her bed, it was a Saturday, Yeorin had no plans. Yeorin got startled over her phone, someone was calling her. Yeorin checked who it was...Jae-in.
Yeorin took deep breaths and held onto Kumi tight, should she answer it?
Yeorin: Hello?
Jae-in: H-Hey Yeorin! I was just wondering if- Are you? Um...
Yeorin: Yes?
Jae-in: Are you free today?
Yeorin: Well, Yeah. I mean, I dont have any plans today.
Jae-in: Yeah- I mean great! Yeah. See you around 3:30?
Yeorin: Sure! Lets meet where...?
Jae-in: Um... Your grandma's cafe...Is it alright?
Yeorin: Yeah of course. Wow! You knew about her cafe?
Jae-in: Of course! I see you and Lee Chan walk together to meet your friends.

Yeorin paused. Hearing Chan's name, echoing in her head.

Yeorin: Ok. See you there. Bye.

Yeorin sighed, still cant stop what had happened the previous day. As she promised herself, Dont talk to Chan. Repeat and stick it on your head! Yeorin thought, Kumi made herself comfortable in Yeorin's arms, Yeorin checked the clock, it was 11:20. She has alot of time to prepare before she leaves. All a sudden, a knock from her door came, "Yeorin? A friend of yours is here." Yeorin's mom called out from the pther side of her door.

Yeorin knitted her eyebrows in confusion, "Who's here?" Yeorin asked, as she stood up and carried Kumi. Yeorin ran down the stairs, as she came across her front door. Seongrin. Yeorin smiled wide and hugged Seongrin, "Omo! You're back! Im so happy! Does Hwayoung and Hee Jin know?" Yeorin asked, Seongrin nodded, " Yes, Bring me to your room to catch up some moreeee!" Seongrin laughed, as she came inside Yeorin's house.

Yeorin sighed and jumped on her bed, Seongrin sat beside her, "So..About the phone call...When I asked about Chan. You ended it." Seongrin rolled her eyes.

Flashback~
Yeorin POV
Yeoboseyo?" I answered the phone call, "Yah! Yeorin-ah! Hows life? Hows you and Chan?" I got startled by his name and ended the phone call. I didnt mean to. I just got scared and nervous about hearing Chan's name.

Present~
third POV
Seongrin stared at Yeorin, "Care to apologize?" Seongrin teased. Yeorin apologized and explained from the actual start till the end when Seongrin was gone to Canada. Seongrin was shook, "Chan was obviously blackmailed! And theres no point of ignoring him Yeorin...If he wanted to apologize, Let him! hear what he has to say! He got the guts to still talk to you while Hwayoung pulled that bitch's hair out of the cafeteria!" Seongrin winked, making Yeorin laugh. Seongrin looked at Kumi and petted her, "So, You have any plans today?" Seongrin asked, Yeorin nodded, "Yeah actually. Jae-in wanted to hang out for awhile...I need to relieve some stress first." Yeorin pointed out.

Seongrin rolled her eyes, "So you're using Jae-in to make Chan jealous?" Yeorin glared at her and playfully punched her in the arm, "No! I dont even plan to!" Yeorin defended herself, Seongrin looked at her phone and stood up, "Yeah. sureeee." Seongrin teased, sounding unconvinced, "I have to meet Hwayoungie and Hee jin at Hee jin's house...YeJin unnie is making cupcakes!" Seongrin squealed, mentioning YeJin, Hee Jin's elder sister.

~At 3:20 pm~
Yeorin had a few touch ups left of her light makeup and she was ready.

Yeorin felt that summer vibe surrounding her. Yeorin sat on her bed, waiting for Jae-in to come until her door bell rang, Yeorin rushed down the stairs and opened the door.
There he was. Jae-in smiling wide at Yeorin, as she held her phone, "You ready?" Jae-in asked, Yeorin laughed and nodded, "I thought I should meet you in grandma's cafe? And why is it so early?" Yeorin asked. Jae-in grinned," Just being a good friend."

Jae-in looked at Yeorin, satisfied. Yeorin noticed his eyes on her, "Where are we going?" Yeorin asked, Jae-in shrugged, "Honestly, I dont know either." Yeorin rolled her eyes and playfully punched his arm, "Ouuuchieeee~" Jae-in acted, in aegyo. Yeorin found it cute and cringy, "Yah! I swear to god..." Yeorin laughed. Yeorin called a taxi, "Since we have no where to go to, Lets go somewhere where you might want to- Just somewhere." Yeorin winked, making Jae-in excited like a baby.

Jae-in rushed in like a dog, they went to the Trickeye Museum. Yeorin payed and thanked the driver as soon as she left the taxi, Jae-in ran around like a small boy with his mother. Yeorin took out her phone, "So...? Wanna take pics?" Jae-in hugged her, "Yes please!"

Jae-in and Yeorin took alot of photos and had so much fun taking pictures of themselves, idiotically.

As soon as the day ended, at around 7:30, Jae-in hugged Yeorin. Yeorin got surprised and she stiffened at bit,"Thank you I had so much fun today..." Jae-in said, "Its weird how, I'm the one treating you..." teased Yeorin. Jae-in felt bad, "Fine. Tomorrow. Lets visit the beach! Or-" Yeorin cut him off, "I have some places to go to around the afternoon, but by breakfast! My grandma can make her special Apple-Banana upside down cake! She likes baking American since she lived there most of her life..." Yeorin insisted.

Jae-in nodded, "Um...Yeorin...Can I tell you something?" Jae-in looked nervous. Yeorin nodded, "Of course!" Jae-in breathed in and out, "If Chan ever breaks your heart, I'll be here waiting for you ok? I dont want you to feel alone...Especially I dont like seeing you sad." Jae-in said. Yeorin got startled over what Jae-in said, "Of course." Yeorin smiled.
