Chapter 10

Kate's Pov

I woke up on my alarm it's *7:00 am*

I have to go get ready for classes. I'm so excited I'm gonna move in with my parents today! Mum told me that they moved into the house next to auntie Jasmine's and that means I'm gonna see Justin too I haven't seen him for ages I really miss him.
Zayn was still asleep. His first class is late today so he doesn't have to get up early.
I got off bed to take my morning shower.
The feeling of the hot water against my skin was very satisfying.

I wrapped a towel on my body and got out of my bathroom to get dressed.
I put on my new shorts and the green blouse Zayn picked for me along with the white converse I picked yesterday. I put on the necklace Zayn bought me too.
Zayn was still sleeping so I gave him a quick kiss.
I took my bag, phone and my new car keys and got out of the dorm after checking that I've packed everything last night.
I got in the car and started driving away.

I closed the window, picked my bag from the passenger's seat then got out of my car.
"Kate!" I heard the girls screaming, running towards me
"Hey girls " I screamed
"Wow your new car looks great!" Megan said
"Yeah it does and red's my favourite color" El said
"Thank you and red is louis' favourite color too El" I said giving her a smirk
"I know. And how's the 'moving with your parents' thing going?'' she asked
"It's going great actually I'm excited plus mum told me that our new house's nexr to auntie Jasmine's and that means I'm gonna be spending time with Justin again. I really miss them all, mum, dad and most of all auntie Jasmine and Justin" I said. I was truly fascinated at the fact that I'll be spending more time with the best friend I've ever had in my life, He helped me through a lot and I'm totally grateful for having him in my life.
"Who's justin?" Megan asked
"O Justin's my cousin he's been the closest friend I've had before I met you two of course. He was always there for me comforting me and trying his best to make me feel happy he's just like a brother to me. And he used to have my back when people bullied me at school like that asshole Chris" I said
"Ok, and how's Zayn takin it?"Megan asked
"He's mad at the fact that I'm not gonna be near him but I assured him that I'll spend most of the time with him we'll hang out and everything'll be as it is" I said
"Don't worry he'll get used to it" El reassured me
"Ok girls I need to get goin I don't wanna be late" I said with a smile
"Bye" they both said

And I started walking to class

Finally my last class today is over.

I got out of class then I headed to my car and I felt my phone viberating in my pocket. It's Zayn
"Hey there, Miss me?" I said
"Hey babe,of course I missed you" he said "How was your day?"
"It was fine actually, where are you?" I asked
"Just got out of class and you?"
"I'm headed to my car"
"Meet you there then" he said ending the call

Zayn was waiting for me in the parking lot
"Hey" he said
"Hi" I said hugging him
"Ready?"
I nodded "Yup"
"Wanna go to Starbucks first?" he asked
"That would be great"
"Let's go then" I said unlocking the car
We got in and then I started driving.

After a few minutes I parked the car and then we entered the cafe.
We picked a booth beside the window and Zayn went to order our drinks. I ordered Latte and he just ordered regular coffee. After a few seconds Zayn was back with our drinks, he handed me my Latte and took a seat.
Something's off about him he's not the funny teasing Zayn I know he's just sitting in front of me sipping at his coffee awkwardly
"Zayn?"
"Yeah?" he answered
"What's wrong baby?" I asked him placing my hand on top of his
"I...I had this nightmare yesterday" he said
"Oh Zayn it was all in the past you're right here with me...try not to think of it and maybe it'll stop. I know it's not that easy but you should try" I said reassuring him with a smile
"You're right I have to stop thinking about them, I always try but the memory's still fresh in my mind" he said "Kate..."
"Yeah?"
"Please don't leave me" he said finally making eye contact with me
"Zayn I love you and nothing's gonna change that and I'll never leave you...I promise" I said placing my hand on his as a wide smile started to form on his face.
We finished our drinks and left.
