Chapter 6

Time skip one month

Zain's POV

I have been living here with Ace now for over a month now and I have to say I have been very happy and finally I feel not only do I belong but also cared about. I have got into a routine now that usually I have breakfast with Ace either on the balcony or in the dining room depending on the weather and also the time. Ace usually leaves soon after breakfast and comes back either before dinner or soon after. Whilst Ace goes out Jake stays with me to keep me company. To be honest I have started to like majority of the men especially the one's close to Ace.

Ace has told me that I was not to leave the house without Jake as it is dangerous to go out unintended. I understand that he was concerned about my wellbeing. When I am not watching TV I am usually outside in the garden either on the swing or under a tree near the picnic area reading a book or listening to music on my phone.

Since I have been here Ace has spoiled me not just with buying me more clothes but also a new Samsung Phone with a laptop and also a new car which I still can't believe he brought me as it was my dream car, which is a Black Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder with red metallic rims. Actually been out for a drive a couple of times since last week and I have to say I absolutely love it.

In this month I have got to know Ace and though he is a dangerous man he actually the most sweetest man I have ever met.

He has started to teach me how to shoot and actually brought me a golden Desert Eagle handgun with ZM on them. When I saw the initials he told me it was an early wedding present. Funny thing is I am still waiting for a proper proposal.

Anyway as I was saying Ace has been teaching me how to shoot I also showed him my skills with a bow and also a knife which believe it or not my dad taught me before he turned to Mr Arse. As well as using other weapons Ace, Jake, Mike and Ray all took it in turns to teach me new skills like fighting and different parts of the business. It was wierd I felt important and part of this Mafia Family.

As the week came to the end and weekend began I was on my new phone talking to various people on snapchat but the last couple of nights I have been talking to someone called Danni-D he currently telling me what he has been up to and was making me laugh which at that point Ace looked up at what he was doing curious what I was laughing at. When I finished telling about this guy I was talking to he looked pissed and almost hurt. Ace got up from the bed and went to the bathroom without saying a word then went into the closet. A few minutes later he had pyjama bottoms on which he never does as he likes to sleep naked. He got into the bed turned the bedside light off and laid facing the wall. He did not even talk to me so I followed suit went to the bathroom did my nightly routine and got into bed. I tried to curl up to Ace but he pushed me away.

Next day

I had a very restless night and finally settled down about 3am. I eventually woke up about 11am to an empty bed. I quickly went into the bathroom did my morning routine and went down stairs. I wasn't really hungry so just had a banana and yogurt and a black coffee. At that point Jake came in.

"Good morning Princess! Just to let you know Boss is out won't be back till tonight as he is in meetings all day and meeting a new supplier."

"Ok thanks Jake for letting me."

After breakfast I went outside and sat on the swing thinking about what happened last night. Maybe I shouldn't talk to people I don't know they could be serial killers.

Whilst on the swing I got various texts from the guy asking me some personal questions like am I seeing anyone? What's my favourite Position? Am a virgin as I am scrolling through them I got a little uncomfortable so I simply texted him that it is none of his business and should not ask personal questions like that to someone that he does not know.

As I was replying Danni-D I heard a throat clear, at that point of time I looked up and saw Ace.

"Hi Angel, I am sorry I left you this morning without talking to you. I got so angry last night of the thought you talking to another man whilst I was in the room with you and the way you reacted to his text's made me jealous."

"I am so sorry Ace I did not think about the consequences of me talking to someone else. Please forgive me?"

"I will forgive you as long as you forgive me on how a reacted. Also I would like to take you on a date to show you how much you mean to me."

"I would love to go on a date with you."
