Beautiful Eyes Shouldn't Cry Colorful Tears

Thursday. Today is Thrursday. Tomorrow is Friday. Jack has barley talked to me. Nate has barley talked to me. Bray-bray was at his moms watching his little brother.

I. Am. All. Alone.

And people decided to make it worse by trying to make me feel insecure about myself.

Like during lunch.

Some of the prettiest girls in the school, I like to call them make up zombies, decided I needed to learn a lesson.

"Hey Hanna?" The one that looked like the leader asked. I looked up at her and raised an eyebrow.

"Where'd you get your shoes?" She asked putting a hand on her hip.

Okay. This is extremely confusing.

"Um, Payless. I think." I said turning back to doodling on my notebook.

"Oh, because you're cheap like that right?" She asked with a smirk on her face. I just sighed and ignored her.

They weren't worth it. They aren't worth it.

"Yah, that shirt must of come from a dumpster or something." Another said. Obviously they didn't know that making fun of my clothes won't make me feel like crap.

"Where's Jack?" The leader one asked.

"Eating with his friends." I said non-chalantly.

"Why aren't you sitting with him? Is it because Christina is all over him?" The leader said again. I looked up at her and glared before I looked back down at my note book. "No, look. Really. They're right behind you and he isn't doing anything to stop her." She said with a smirk. I just rolled my eyes. I trusted Jack.

Right then the bell saved me. I got up and turned around to go to my next class when I saw the unbelievable.

The shocking.

The... The thing that made me have a two emotions at once on a level higher than the moon.

Jack and Christina. Making out.

I just stood there looking at the grass and waited for everyone to go to their class. I know I can't make it through class. Nope.

Hanna won't be attending the rest of her classes 'cause she's ditching because of emotional problems.

I can't believe this though. I knew he was keeping me at a distant for some reason but I didn't think it'd be because he was with her. In all honesty, it really hurt. Knowing that your boyfriend cheated on you with some slut.

But what hurt the most was that when ever I felt like I did now, I'd go to Jack. He'd comfort me with his few words and some sort of sweets, or junk food. But I can't do that to now because he is the problem.

To make matters worse, Bray-bray will be at his moms for another two weeks and Dad is never home. I don't know how I can talk to Nate when I don't feel that close to him.

I walked away from the school to my house. It took awhile but I just couldn't stay at school and face people. I just couldn't.

A few hours later Nate arrived home pissed. Extremely pissed was an understatment. He marched right into my room yelling at the top of his lungs. "Hanna! Why the hell did you come home! If you're going to ditch or whatever you have to.... Tell me...." The last two words of his rant were softer when he saw the state I was in.

There was an empty tub of icecream and I was working on another one. Some tears were still rolling down my eyes and my face was probably blotchy.

"What do you want." I croaked at him. He sat next to me like he was approaching a scared wild animal.

"Hanna, what's wrong?" He asked super gentley.

"Shuddup." I croaked, yet again. My voice was really hoarse.

"No, tell me. Please?" He asked again looking at me with wide sparkling eyes.

"Look, only Braydon can pull of the puppy dog eyes." I said shoving a spoonful of icecream in my mouth.

"I'll tickle you." He warned. My eyes grew wide and I shook my head no. "Then tell me." He responded. I shook my head again. Then he attacked. He started tickling me non-stop and I was squealing like a pig. "Tell me!" He said again.

"No!" I said through my laughter. he just kept on tickling me. "Fine! Fine! I'll tell!" I said. I sobered up fast knowing I'd agreed to tell him. I took in a deep breath before I said it. "Jack cheated on me." I said quietly.

"Wait, I didn't hear you." Nate said confused.

"Jack cheated on me." I whispered. I didn't even know why I was being quiet. I guess I just didn't want to admitt  it.

"Seriously Hanna, I cannot hear you."

"JACK CHEATED ON ME!" I yelled. And of course when I looked up I saw Jack. Standing in my door way. Nate being oblivious to Jack behind him went off on some sort of Nate thing.

"He WHAT! That sick cheeky basturd! Next time I see him I'll rip his balls off! Dear God Hanna, you need a shoulder to cry on? I hate people who cheat on other people. They're like the skum of the world. Almost an abamanation, I hate to say! Hey, why are you all schocked? Hanna?" He asked noticing my wide eyed look. "What?" He asked again.

"The sick cheeky basturd, skum of the world, abamanation is standing right behind you, jack ass." Jack said looking pissed. But Jack's words didn't effect Nate. He just stood up and turned around to face him.

"Out of this house. Now." Nate said calm but pissed.

"It's not your house. You're just a paitent." Jack said.

"Get. Out." Nate said again through clenched teeth.  Before they could fight I cut in between them.

"Jack, we're over. Please go." I said looking him in the eyes.

"I didn't cheat on you." He said gentley.

"I saw you sucking face with Christina at lunch." I said just as gently as he did.

"She did that to me." He said starting to get angry.

"And you didn 't stop her. Get out of my house. Now. Or I'll call the cops." I said mostly serious about my threat. He left.

He walked away.

Leaving me with Nate.

"Can we hang out tomorrow after school?" Nate asked. My back was towards him so I smiled.

"Yah, that'd be cool."
