Armin was pregnant and of coz the dad is M/N,his beloved husband. They always wanted to have baby so they make one and M/N is responsible enough to take care of the baby and Armin.

M/N POV

Armin was pregnant and his craving is somewhat else. He always craving food in the midnight. Now it was past midnight, Admin woke me up and make me go buy him some ice cream. I the good husband, go out to buy it. Lucky that there is a convenient store that still open this late. There is many flavor of ice cream and Armin didn't tell me which flavor so I take all of them.

~Time Skip ~

I arrived at home after buying the ice cream "Darling!  I'm home! " I called him and then he ran downstairs and hug me. I looked at him and saw him crying "B-babe? Why are you crying?" I said and hug him back " *sobs * don't.... Leave... M-me... " Armin said and hug me tighter "Babe~I Won't Leave you.. Trust me~" I said and kissed his forehead "Here I bought you the ice cream "Armin looked at me and smiled. He grab the ice cream and two spoons, he handed me one spoons "Let's eat it together! "he said so I joined him. After that we both cuddle.

Finally, their child has born. M/N only expect one but it comes out twins. D/N and S/N. They lived happily after that.
