Here's a short prologue to keep you guys in track of the story.
Agent Grant Ward is Hydra and Skye knows this. She's heartbroken and is determined to never forgive him. She along with the others are under the secret base Dr.Fury had coded to Agent Coulson. Fitz, Simmons, Coulson and Melinda May are away to fight off Hydra. Skye, Ward and Agent Jempkin are left behind, where Ward kills off Jempkin, to take Skye with him to Hydra Headquarters to unlock the classified information S.H.I.E.L.D held in a hard rive that was locked by her. Skye sees a dead Jempkin and instantly realizes that it was Ward all along that was the black sheep in the herd. So she runs off to take Jempkin's tracking device and hides in the janitor's room from Ward.
