Betrayal

-AN: so, I've been super busy so I only just got round to updating. I'm sorry for the delay

~Minx's POV~

I sat back in relief. Felix was going to call a treaty with the other gang. I stared at my empty container which once held my favourite gun. But Kristen had taken it. I sighed but then looked up to see Felix coming back with the Crimson Warrior in tow.

I stood quickly, accidentally jerking my wound and bringing a bout of pain to myself. I placed my hand gingerly on the gunshot that Kristen had inflicted on me.

I glared at Krism and gave a curt nod to Felix who left quickly. The tan woman smirked at me cockily and I tensed up slightly. She then held up my gun before speaking.

"Such a lovely gun. It's a shame you let it fall into the hands of the enemy."

I growled and pulled out a knife, glaring at her but she gently placed her hand on mine, forcing the knife to drop to the ground by my feet. I started at the sparks that shot through my arm at her touch and from her expression, she'd felt it too.

But the slight look of shock vacated her and she smirked before gesturing for me to sit down. I ignored this and she shrugged before talking some more.

"About this treaty, I'm willing to comply however, I expect you'll leave our territory alone."

I nodded and we talked some more. Eventually she said she'd go home and we shook hands. She left the tent and I told Pewds and Cry to escort them which they did willingly.

For the now, I would trust her but the second she turns on us, I will be waiting.
