"So, let me get this straight," Namjoon chuckled deeply, "your parents ask you what you want to do for your fourteenth birthday and you say hang out with Namjoon."
"I mean you wanted to hang out with me when you turned 16, and you're about to turn 17." He grunted picking up a big slippery rock.
He looked at the boy in disbelief. Jungkook didn't know why Namjoon was so shocked.
"Namjoon we've been best friends for years! Why are you so shocked?" Said Jungkook as threw a rock over the railing. It made a loud splash noise as it landed in the quarry.
Namjoon laughed.
"I don't know dude. But I'm flattered."
Jungkook and Namjoon took a second and looked at each other with thoughtful expression's.
Namjoon looked away first, having to control himself.
"Wanna jump?" The older asked.
Jungkook's face changed, "dude I thought you were done with trying to do that stuff, you told me that everything got better-"
Before Jungkook could fully freak out, Namjoon laughed to play it off like he was joking, receiving a smack on his arm that was really gonna leave a bruise.
He wasn't joking.
