Miso's POV
We ate in excited chatter and I was helping with washing the dishes when we finished. Solbi was drying them as I washed.
"So, this is your first time back in a few years," She said.
"Yeah,"
"We're definitely taking you on trips while you're here," She said. "We can have a girl's day and I'll take you out for some fun without these boys."
"That'd be fun!" I said while finishing up the rest of the dishes. The guys were cleaning the dining room and laughing at each other's jokes.
I stood at the counter looking at them.
"They're like little kids huh," Solbi said standing next to me.
"Yeah, they kind of are," I said.
"You'll get used to it," She said. "They're super childish at times but they're all actually super mature."
"How long have you know them?" I asked.
"It's been two years since I've dated Taehyung, but I knew them as friends for a bit longer than that," She said. I did the math in my head.
"Ah... I had stopped coming to Korea by then," I said.
"Why'd you stop?" She asked. "If you don't mind me asking. You don't have to tell me if it's too personal."
"No, it's okay, it's actually cause my dad couldn't afford to send me to Korea as often as I used to go," I said. "I also had more school responsibilities that made it difficult for me to find time to come back."
"Oh, well now that you're here for the whole summer, we're going to make your trip worth it," She said patting my shoulder. She checked a small watch on her wrist. "Oh? It's late, I need to get going." She smiled. "We'll be seeing each other often so just swing by the cafe anytime you wanna have a girl talk."
"I'll do that," I said smiling back at her. She walked over to Taehyung who was laughing on the side while the other guys were throwing wet cleaning cloths at each other. She tapped him and he smiled at her. They kissed and she left.
It seemed nice having a relationship like that. The sudden thought of a relationship made me remember my first boyfriend. I shuddered and put the thought out of my mind.
I was here to have fun and not be constantly afraid of what had already happened in the past.
"Hey, you wanna watch a movie?" Jimin asked.
"Sure! What movie?"
"I don't know we're picking right now,"
"Oh okay," I said. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick."
"Okay, meet us in the basement when you finish," He said. "We have a cool movie screen to watch stuff down there."
"Okay!" I went upstairs to the bathroom and washed my face. "Miso, no more bad thoughts." I said to myself.
I grabbed a blanket and rushed down to the basement. The guys were setting up the sitting area and projector.
"Woah, this space is huge," I said as I walked down the stairs. "What do you use it for?"
"We dance down here," Jungkook said. "Whenever my friends come over, we hang out down here."
"Ooh nice!"
I looked at Hoseok and Taehyung propping up the projector.
"What movie did you guys pick?" I asked as I wrapped myself in my blanket.
