Paige's POV
"Paige get up." somebody said shaking me. I grumbled and rolled over and threw a pillow at them.
"Missed me." he said chuckling
"Jack it is currently four o clock in the morning. What the hell do you want?" I asked sitting up and glaring at him
"Get up and get dressed. I have a surprise for you." he said smiling at me
"This better be good Gilinsky or I am going to hurt you." I said getting up and walking into the bathroom. I curled my hair and did a french braid that starts at the side and goes around the back of my head. Sort of like Katniss but not really. I applied foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, and lip balm. I threw on my light denim shorts, a dark blue tank top that said sunrise sunset on it in white, and my brown sandals. I put on some loose black bracelets and grabbed my sunglasses and phone and walked downstairs.
Jack was wearing red vans, black jeans, and a grey t shirt that had a design on it.
"You look cute." he said smiling getting up from the couch
"Thanks but I am still mad at you. What the hell are we doing up so early?" I asked still grumpy and tired
"I told you it is a surprise. Now come on we can't be late." he said taking my hand and leading me outside to his car. The whole way there we listened to the radio, made small talk, and watched the sun start to come up. About an hour and a half later we pulled up at The Santa Monica Pier.
"Jack this place doesn't open until another four hours?" I asked confused. As he took my hand and showed something to the guy and led us inside.
"I thought it would be cool to see the sunset from on top of the ferris wheel." he said smiling helping me into the cart
"Jack you did all of this for me? You didn't have too." I said kissing his cheek
"Hey I want to make it up to you so yes I did." he said putting his arm around me
I scooted closer to him and he laughed and kissed the top of my head.
"I forgot you don't like heights. My bad." he said laughing into my shoulder
"It's not funny. They terrify me. But somehow when I have you next to me everything is ok as cheesy as that sounds." I said smiling at him
"I like it when you are cheesy. Hey look we are at the top." he said pointing out towards the water where the sun was coming up. We both took pictures of it on our phones and took pictures of us together. After the sunset the man let us go around on the wheel a couple times before getting off. Jack gave him a tip and we continued to walk on the pier.
"You hungry?" he asked smirking down at me
"Yes. Somebody did wake me up at the crack ass of dawn." I said smirking at him
"When are you ever going to let that one go?" he asked as we stepped inside this little restaurant. We were able to sit outside near the water.
"Wow who would of ever thought you and Jack would be living out here." I said shaking my head as our food came
"Yeah I know crazy right? Maybe you can live out here with me one day." he suggested
"That would be nice but I have to finish school before that would happen." I said giving him a look
"I know but maybe after school you could move out here and live with us. You could work out here too." he said smiling at me
"Yeah that would be awesome. So how has your family been?" I asked
"Good. My parents and sisters miss you though." he said laughing
"I miss them too. We should all get together soon." I said
"Sounds like fun. How is your family doing?" he asked
"Well my dad has been dating this woman Karen for a year. She is nice but she is trying to act like my mom which she isn't. My Aunt Jenny is good. She has been dating this guy from her high school. And Mark and Pat have been just grand." I said sarcastically rolling my eyes
"Mark?" he asked confused
"Oh sorry Pat's dad. He told me to call him by his first name." I explained
"Oh I see. So tomorrow Jack and I have to go to the studio again want to come along?" he asked
"Yes of course. I want to see you guys in action!" I said laughing
Jack and I are just walking back to his car now.
"You know I am really happy we are back together Jack." I said kissing him
"I'm really happy too. With you around everything just seems easier." he said kissing my temple
"I love you thank you for this morning." I said wrapping my arms around his waist
"I love you more." he replied
