its been a year since Kenzie's dads been deplored to Afghanistan to fight for his country its October the 14th on a Monday Kenzie and her mum are moving to la as her mum got a job as a chief which is a head cop

As their plane lands they head to a black car where their personal driver is standing to open the trunk door for them to put their luggage in which will take them to 41 isham st before they go to their house they stop of at the grocery storey to get a couple of things for the week and for school lunches as Kenzie is starting school Wednesday after her mum gets her work car Tuesday and her mum wants to escort Kenzie to school in the officers car so everyone knows that her mum is a police officer as they finished grocery shopping they head to the house "holy cr- I meant moly the house is big" Kenzie says surprised ï know hun I wanted to get it especially for you if u go down stairs that's your room don't get to surprised because I got another surprise for you" Kenzie's mum said convincingly Kenzie runs inside while leaving her luggage for the driver to carry as she runs downstairs there was a present that has a card saying "hopefully you have read this before opening it but I love you sweetheart and you know that i brought you a gift and i hope you like it love dad" Kenzie start to cry as she opens the gift it was a teddy bear that says i love you baby girl that's in her dads voice her mum comes down and sees Kenzie crying she asks her "whats wrong kenz" as Kenzie was crying she said "the teddy bear... it sounds like dad" it reminds her of when she was younger her and her dad are very close he would always say i love you baby girl to her every night they havnt been in any contact since he went to Afghanistan "i know he sent that to you i didn't want to show or tell you because he wanted it as a surprise when we got her" kenzies mum said sadly as kenzies mum went upstair Kenzie looked around her room while wiping the tears of her cheeks 'wow my very own KITCHEN LOUNGE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM OMG OMG OMG!!!!" as Kenzie yells she unpacks and sets her room up she puts her teddy bear in the middle of her pillows on her bed she goes up and explores the place time went by and it was already Wednesday as she did nothing on Tuesday except exploring the town and having a tour around the school kenzies mum made pancakes with chocolate syrup and strawberry kenzies favourite as her mum was cooking Kenzie was getting dressed white t-shirt with collar tucked into a black plaited waist skirt that was 5 inches above the knee with a red tie around collar and black superstar adidas shoes since you can wear your own shoes just no heels she puts her hair in a cute messy bun and applies foundation and mascara she walks upstairs to the kitchen were her mum has laid out the pancakes for Kenzie to eat its 8:30 and Kenzie is ready to go they jump the police car "got everything" kenzies mum says concerned "books computer pencil case yep that's everything" as Kenzie says they drive of and once they hit the gates everyone stops and looks at the car everyone looked scared and were whispering to their friends whys the police here as i got out of the car everyone gasped and whispered is that her the new girl.
