"Draco no !" Hermione screamed just as Draco fell head first into the ground. A few moments ago, Draco had pushed her out of the way but she didn't know why. "Draco ! Draco, you better wake up !" Hermione was know kneeling beside her boyfriend's motionless body and she was shaking him violently.

   "Mione, calm down. I'm sure that Malfoy's fine", Harry said, trying to reassure Hermione.

     "No ! It won't be ok unless he opens his eyes !" Hermione screamed. "Draco ! You bloody better get up before I hex you ! Wake up !" Hermione knew that there was a low chance of Draco waking up but she still needed to try.

   "Miss Granger, please move", Robards said. "We need to take him to St. Mungo's before whatever is wrong with him gets worse",

       "Alright", Hermione said, sniffling and wiping away the tears that were flowing down her face. "Just promise me that nothing else will happen to him",

        "Of course", Robards answered. "Longbottom, Potter, you two are coming with me to St. Mungo's,  Proudfoot and Savage, you two deal with the dead. Williamson, you take the rest back to the office, imprison this madman and make sure everything is ready for out interrogation session later",

         "Yes boss", Williamson said. He was a tall man who looked to be about in his mid fifties and his hair had been tied into a ponytail. "Come on everyone",

         The Head Auror were the first to leave. Harry and Neville, who was an old friend, carried Draco's body while Robards side apparated all of them. Proudfoot and Savage began their assigned task in clearing the dead. While they did so, Hermione was silently crying her eyes out while Ron tried to comfort her.

        "Shhhhh, 'Mione. It's going to be ok", Ron said while drawing circles on Hermione's back. "I'm sure those healers at St. Mungo's will be able to cure him." Even though Ron still didn't accept Hermione's relationship with Draco, it still broke his heart whenever he saw Hermione crying or upset. Hermione always had a special place in his heart, even if she was with Malfoy.

           Ron turned his head as he heard the sound of someone apparating. He was surprised to see his sister Ginny running towards them with a horrified expression on her face.

         "'Mione ! Ron !" Ginny yelled. She had a shocked expression on her face which quickly turned into a look of concern as she saw her best friend crying into her brother's arms. Ron quickly transferred Hermione's trembling figure to Ginny who gave her best friend a hug as she comforted her. "Shhhhhh, its going to be alright 'Mione." Ginny whispered as she gave Hermione another big hug. She gestured for Ron to kneel beside her.

         "Is it true ?" Ginny asked Ron in a hurried whisper. "Is it true that Malfoy got hit with a spell ?" Ron only nodded which resulted into Ginny releasing a loud gasp, audible enough for even Lucius to hear who was still tied down. "Merlin ! Who casted the spell ?!"

        "I don't even know who casted the spell Gin", Ron said. "All I saw was Malfoy falling headfirst on the ground. Then Harry, Neville and Gawain left to take Malfoy to St. Mungo's, we were suppose to go to the Auror Office, but look at...." Ron pointed his hand at Hermione who was still shaking.

         Hermione finally looked up at her friends. It was hard for her to look up especially after what happened to Draco. The young witch raised her head and looked over at Lucius Malfoy. On his face was the expression of shock and disbelief as his eyed were wide open and he was still looking at the spot where Draco's body lay. Suddenly, understanding dawned on her.....

       "LUCIUS MALFOY ! YOU BLOODY SON OF A- !" Hermione wasn't able to finish her ranting as Ron and Ginny had covered her mouth and they were also restraining her from attacking Lucius.
