Naruto sat down inside her tent. Silencing seals around the tent.
"Author? Come out!" Naruto finally exhausted her patience waiting for that stupid author.
"Goddess? Yo! GoddessOfBlack89!? Are you there, ttebayo!?" Naruto called but still no answer
"BLACK HEARTED GODDESS COME OUT!!!" Naruto screamed
"You ungrateful brat! How dare you call me black hearted, you brat! I am in the middle of taking my exams!" Author san finally came out
"Why? Your nickname is Goddess Of Black so you must be black hearted! I want to see Gaara!" Naruto stubbornly said
"Just wait okay, I can connect you for a few minutes, but please let me take my exams, you can sleep or whatever. Bye!" Author san yelled, irrigation clearly visible in her voice
"That Black Hearted Author!" Naruto pouted in anger
Naruto laid down on her futon and waited, her eye lids slowly closing.
"I'm back. Now, I can coonect your dream to Gaara's. I can give you a few minutes" Author san said, Naruto narrowed her eyes
"Why only a few minutes!?" Naruto protested
"Everything has rules, Naruto. 4 minutes in a dream is 2 hours in real life. Even if inside a story or whatever, it's not an exception. It's a good thing that I am having a Writer's Block, Plot sama haven't bothered me for awhile. Go, get to sleep now. I can only extend my hand to you every Wednesday" Author said
"Why Wednesday?" Naruto asked, curious
"Because it's when I am mostly free. Now go! You're wasting time!" Author urged, Naruto closed her eyes and used a Jutsu to force herself to sleep.
Naruto opened her eyes to find herself in a field of grass with a few flowers here and there. She sat up and looked around, trying to find where Gaara is. She stood up before she saw a figure up ahead. Naruto grinned and gleefully run towards the figure. Jumping and tackling the figure to the ground.
"Gaara!" Naruto did not know why tears fell down but as soon as she made contact with Gaara, her emotions quickly went haywire.
She felt glad, happy, comfort, safe, nostalgia, and she missed him so much, Dattebayo!
"Naruto" Gaara widens his eyes in surprise, he thought that this is the most wonderful dream he had so far.
Gaara wrapped his rms around the blonde, nuzzling her citrus scented hair, taking a deep breath, it calms him down. Gaara closed his eyes, wanting to relish this dream.
"Gaara, I missed you so much" Naruto crief
".... Naruto..... I... I missed you too" Gaara gently wiped the tears in her eyes with his thumb, gently caressing her whiskered cheeks.
Naruto closed her eyes and leaning on the warm and gentle touch, sighing in satisfaction. Opening her cerulean blue eyes to meet his his soft and gentle sea foam eyes.
"Gaara..... Gaara I am very sorry I could not.... I...." Naruto was cut off went Gaara placed a comforting kiss on her forehead, this intimate action caused a beautiful and adorable blush to spread on her cheeks.
"Don't worry, Naruto. I am fine, it is not your fault" Gaara said as he leaned his forehead to hers.
"Gaara..... I will come for you. I will save you, just wait for me a little longer" Naruto said as she nestled herself to his side
Gaara's lips perked up at the action. He laid down on the soft lush green grass, Naruto laid down on his arms, holding tight on his torso, afraid that he'll disappear too soon.
"What have you been up to?" Gaara asked casually, while he entertain himself by brushing Naruto's soft silky golden locks
"The others and I are trying to find the damn necklace. If you're worried about Momoshiki Jin getting it, don't worry, I won't let him have it" Naruto said reassuringly
"You better not jump in the pit, Naruto. I hate it when you throw your life so casually, I don't want you to get hurt" Gaara said worriedly as he sighed, remembering the times when the blonde jump in the danger, not minding that he's giving everyone a heart attack with his recklessness
"If it's to protect you and the people who are precious to me, Gaara I will not hesitate to do it all over again forever." Naruto said firmly, her eyes burned with fire and determination
"I know you would say that. But this time, I want to stand by your side and not stare in the distance" Gaara said as his other hand grasp Naruto's hand, entwining her fingers with his and squeezed it tightly yet gently
"Hmm" Naruto nodded
"I want you back Gaara."Naruto murmured as she gave a peaceful sigh
The two laid there, enjoying each other's company and trying to imprint in on their mind. Naruto sat up when Gaara suddenly jerked forward. His body slowly dissolving.
"Seems I am waking up"Gaara said sadly, he was very reluctant to go.
"No! Please don't go, don't leave!" Naruto cried, wailing loudly like a child as she stubbornly trying to grasp Gaara's hand back but failed as her hand pass through him
"Srry, Naruto" Gaara said sadly
"No! Wait! Please! Don't leave me! I love you, damn it!" Naruto yelled, Gaara widen his eyes in surprise, his eyes lit up like fireflies in the middle of the dark forest
"......" he mouthed something but Naruto doesn't seemed to get what he said before he disappeared conpletely
"No! NO! NO!" Naruto wailed as she fell on her knees, crying her heart out in sorrow
"No! GAARA!" Naruto sat up from her futon, she was covered in sweat and tears streaming down her face, she clutched her face and cried
"Momoshiki Jin. I will not let you off even if you beg on your knees" Naruto eyea darkened with hatred.
She hated the fact that Momoshiki Jin took Gaara away just for that selfish reason. Naruto is going to take a page out of Sasuke's book.
Naruto wants revenge.
