THE CEMETERY,
1827
The fires of marriage was over.
"Husband, let's go to the Cemetery" Gemma said.
"Of course M'dear" I said, and we glided away towards the Mist Gate Cemetery, leaving the other members of the Carnavan Family to do their own thing.

The Cemetery was still there.
I remembered the first time I was there.
But this time, five years' later, I wasn't 12; I was 16. And married to Gemma. And, as we went past the gargoyle statues, (their red, demonic eyes following us), their claws sharp; their huge wings aflutter in the cold, night air.
We went past the black columns.
Then up the cobbled steps.
And headed towards the gravestones.
Suddenly we heard footsteps; loud footsteps.
We turned around.
