Chapter 1: encounter with the snake king

(A/N: hello readers welcome to the first chapter of the story, time to begin the encounter. Now let's begin)

Neo P.O.V

(A/N: forest music)

"In a calm forest, a pink and brown hair girl was slowy walking, it was revealed to be Neo, she was injured after the battle at Vale, Neo was trying to find her way out of the forest but she was too injured and tired to even walk normally"

Neo: (i can't......take this anymore.......need to rest)

"Neo then falls to the ground and she lays on the ground, Neo was breathing heavily from all the walking"

(A/N: end of the forest music)

"Suddenly she hears something, she looks up to see a huge cyclops holding a weapon coming towards her, she tried to get up but she was too tired to get up"

Neo: (i guess............this is the end)

(A/N: battle music)

"Suddenly something appeared behind the cyclops, it was a huge snake, the snake bites the cyclops arm causing it to yell in pain, the cyclops hits the snake using his weapon, the snake tried to bite the cyclops again but the cyclops grabbed the snake by it's neck and that started strangling it, suddenly huge dragon wings appeared from the snake's back and it's skin was now covered with feathers, the snake was transforming, it was now a giant cockerel with dragon wings and a snake tail, Neo eyes widen as she was watching the battle, when she saw the giant cockerel she knew what it was, she heard of a legend about a creature born from a snake and incubated by a cockerel, who can kill with just a stare or a powerful venom, who is also the rival of the Cockatrice and the king of the snakes. The Basilisk, the Basilisk eyes started glowing and when the cyclops saw them, it started to yell in agonising pain and started to cough blood, the cyclops then falls to ground letting out it's last breath before it dies"

(A/N: end of the battle music)

"The Basilisk let out a victory roar and then walks towards Neo, Neo tried to run away but when she got up she falls again to the ground and passes out, the Basilisk started glowing and turned into a faunus, he picks her un a bridal style"

Basilisk: interesting
