Luna's POV

I arrived at the hospital and met Jake in the lobby where he was ever so silently holding a vase of flowers.

Uh Jake what's with the flowers because if there for Austin your making me look bad here?

"No no and yea there not for him but here take a flower and you can give that to him because you know you too are um yea ya know guy friend and female friend I guess?"

In Luna's head-WTF FEMALE FRIEND AND GUY FRIEND HOW OLD ARE WE 4!!-

Yea and I guess so. Thanks for the flower by the way. So what floor is he on?

"Austin?"

Well who else?

"Oh well the flowers are for my grandma I thought you were asking. And room 135, 3rd floor."

Oh sorry I didn't know and let's go!

We got to his room and I tilted my head and saw a strange tall, long-haired figures shadow. She looked awfully familiar. But I didn't remember her without seeing her face, then see disappeared down the hallway. By Austin's room it had that hospital smell mixed with hand sanitizer.

I waited outside the room until Jake arrived from delivering the flowers to his grandma. He's annoying but he has his sweet moments. He questioned why I wasn't going in the room I told him I couldn't. He hesitated and made sure everything between me and Austin was ok I said it was fine but inside my heart was throbbing at the thought of Austin's injury but I knew hopefully that he would be ok.

"Why aren't you going in the room Austin's been waiting for you Luna?!"

I'm sorry I can't see him right now!

Stop yelling at me you jerk!

"I can't help it I'm under a lot of stress! And Austin wanted me to get you and bring you here! So I'm sorry but I need an answer either come inside or go home Luna?"

I... I... I'm sorry I can't goodbye Jake.

On my way home I got a phone call from Austin of course I answered it hoping everything was alright.

-answer call-

Hello?

"Hey... Luna?"

Oh my god Austin your ok better than that your alive and you sound great..

"Listen Luna you can cut the act Jake told me everything and I wanted to do it before you did.. Goodbye Luna."
