Part 21

After we got back from Starbucks I went to Nash's room to wake him up and give him his Starbucks order. I walked in and saw Brittany going through Nash's stuff and putting some of into a bag while he was in the shower. She didn't see me so I stepped out and went to my room and got my gun. I walked back into Nash's room.

"Put the bag down. Get out of our house and don't come back."

"You can't stop me from taking this stuff with me."

"Listen here bitch put the bag down and leave for I put a cap in your ass and trust me I ain't scared to shoot."

"How about no."

"How about this." I said while walking up to her taking the bag and punching her right in the face.

"Now get out cause next time it won't be my hand hittin you in the face." I said while picking up the gun and pointing straight at her. "Honey I've got a perfect shot that will take you out right now. Leave."

"okay damn." she said before I dragged her out the door and throwing her down the steps and watching her walk away. I fired a shot in the air.

"DONT COME BACK NOW YA HEAR!" I yelled before closing the gate and turning on the security system.

"MAL IS EVERY THING OKAY I HEARD A GUN SHOT" Shawn yelled.

"Yeah just had to take out the trash and there was a pest." I said with a smirk.

"who did you kick out of the house and why" Saige asked knowing why I smirked.

"That piece of trash that Nash brought home last night was stealing his stuff and wouldn't leave so I got her out of here with a punch a push and a gun shot." I said right when I saw Nash.

"Dude are you serious?" Nash asked worried.

"Yeah and we better go make sure the girl that was with her ain't taken Dillons stuff." I suggested. Me, Saige, and Cameron went to Dillons room and they were still asleep.

"DILLON WAKE UP!"

"what the hell do you wa- sorry Mal I didn't know it was you and you have a gun so I'm REALLY sorry."

"Whatever. Is any of your stuff missing?"

"No why?"

"cause YOUR little friend was stealing Nash's stuff so I kicked her out." I said while looking at Brooke sitting in Dillons bed.

"Mal don't." Dillon stopped me from questioning the girl. "Brooke opened up to me last night Brittany has been beating her."

"I'm calling the cops" Cameron spoke up.

"Okay" I responded to Cameron. "Brooke do you have any belongings anywhere that you would like for me to go get?"

"uhm it have my get away backpack hidden at the park in front of hot stacks."

"Okay, me and you can go get it and when we get back you can stay with us from now on okay?"

"okay" she said quietly.

"I'm coming with you!" Dillon demanded.

"Okay, Taylor come with us babe."

"Okay."

We left to go to the park, I knew exactly where it was because my mom told me the same story about it everytime we rode by it. Me and Brooke got out and went to get the bag.

"It's not here." Brooke said sadly.

"It's okay I'll buy you whatever you need." I offered.

"Thank you so much you've been so nice to me I don't know how to repay you."

"Just treat Dillon right and we will be even."

"Okay thank you. I really like him."

"and he REALLY likes you." I said before we were interrupted by my phone ringing. It was Nash?

"Hey Nash is everything okay?"

"Yeah it's fine I just need you to go get Hayes from the airport he was home for a visit and wanted to come to Myrtle."

"Oh yeah sure I'll stop by on the way back."

"Thanks"

"No problem. Are the cops there yet?"

"Yeah they are questioning us."

"I don't feel like being questioned so text me once the cops leave."

"Okay I got you."

"Thanks love you Hamilton"

"Love you too" I heard him say through his teeth. Then we hung up and me and Brooke got back into the truck.

"Y'all we gotta go get Hayes from the air port so I'm going to drop y'all off and go get him." I directed to Dillon and Brooke.

"Okay" Dillon replied. When I looked back Dillon had Brooke in his arms.

We got to the airport and waited about 5 minutes before we saw Hayes walking through the crowd of travelers. Then we saw Skylynn walking beside him, gosh I love that little munchkin.

"Mal Mal I'm back!" 

"Sky Sky I missed you!" I said while making sure she was buckled in and driving away from the airport. 

We got back to the beach house and the police were finally gone. Since it was our last night in Myrtle we took Skylynn to the arcade. I think the boys had more fun than Skylynn but it was okay because she got all the tickets. Since she ended up having 5,689 tickets she got the biggest teddy bear she could find and lots of candy. 

When we all got back we started packing up to leave tomorrow. 

"Hey since we are so close to North Carolina we should all go visit slash meet family. Ya know like Mckenzies, Saige, Payton, annddddd meeeeee!" I said to everyone sitting in the living room of this HUGE house.

"Sounds good but dont forget about the Griers!" Nash spoke up.

"and the Floyds!" Skylynn said defensively. 

"Yesss we can visit them too. We are all in the Charlotte area it wont be too much travel from house to house." Saige said. 

Then Nash's phone rang and we just sat there waiting for the call to come to an end. After a little while Nash finally hung up.

"It was the police. They found Brittany and ran her finger prints. Turns out her name is Liza Botte and she has quite the criminal record." Nash sounded worried, this can't be good.
