Hey friends, here are just a few quotes and excerpts that I adore. I am a bit of a word junkie and I just felt like sharing these thought provoking things and my perspectives on them.

I have found this to be true in so many situations and trust me as a seventeen year old I have had a lot of awkward, uncomfortable, boundary breaking moments this year. Whether it be, the relationship I just started this year, trying to get into college, or simply trying new things. And yes there is a terrible awkwardness (and even some anxiety) but, nearly everything I've done out of my comfort zone this year has turned out great and even when it doesn't I learn something. So, break boundaries kids, and be uncomfortable. Because if I hadn't busted my comfort zones I wouldn't have a boyfriend, I wouldn't be in the school drama club, I wouldn't have made so many friends, and I definitely wouldn't be this happy.

I just love this one because I can see it. You know? I can envision what it's talking about. How people will sometimes let their guard down and show you their true colors. I see my mother's unbridled laughter, my sister's wacky sense of humor. Beautiful little snippets that I only get to see if I'm really paying attention. My father's tears, my boyfriends sensitive side, my brother's caring random hugs. But, what gets me even more is when you see these things in strangers. Humanity can be beautiful, if you let it.

Kindness is just a big deal to me. So please love one another. Keep the kindness flowing and let everyone be themselves. No judgement.
