2nd Floor.

Ding.

The orange haired woman grabbed her work bag, placing it on the floor, before situating herself on top of it. She felt eyes on her, looking up expectantly at the other woman in the elevator with her.

"May I help you?" She asked, observing how the woman's eyes somehow turned into a darker shade of brown. Also, her body language was implying that she was probably upset.

No, scratch that, aggravated.

"Why did you do it?" Jennie asked, running her fingers through her hair anxiously.

"Well, why did you try to avoid being with me in this elevator?" She countered, watching how the lady just rolled her eyes angrily.

"I... Whatever." Jennie began, pulling out her phone and dialing some numbers.

"Hello... Yes, Jisoo... Please tell Dahyun that I can't make it... I'm stuck in elevator..." At this, she looked at the other woman, who was grinning from ear to ear.

"No... I'm on the 5th floor at the moment... I'll explain later... Okay, thanks Chu, bye." Jennie finished, hanging up on the person she was talking on the phone with, who was her best friend for years.

"I feel accomplished, actually." The brown eyed female proudly stated, looking at Jennie with a grin wider than the Cheshire cat.

After a few moments of silence, she spoke.

"The name's Lisa." She said, looking at Jennie with a smirk.

"Nice. Name's Jennie." She mumbled, finally realizing she was going to be there for a while.

18th Floor.

"Well..?" Lisa began, looking up at Jennie expectantly.

"What?" Jennie asked her harshly, wondering what the girl wanted in the first place.

"Do you like, um, feel guilty? Like at all? Even a teeny-tiny bit?" Lisa asked her, making a space between her pointer finger and thumb to indicate her point.

"I don't have time to feel guilty and neither do you. Plus, I don't have anything to feel guilty about." Jennie rolled her eyes as she dramatically sat her jacket on the ground and took a seat. She then started to glare at the younger girl, who was excitingly watching an ant make its was across the elevator floor.

After a few moments of silence, Lisa spoke. Again.

46th Floor.

"Um.... why are you glaring at me? You're kinda scaring me...." Lisa trailed, pointing at Jennie's closed fists.

"I'm hoping that you'll spontaneously combust, like just right now." Jennie replies, making Lisa frown.

"So, um, I'm gonna go over here and um, yeah.... okay." Lisa sputtered, before making her way to the farthest corner away from Jennie.

After a few more moments of silence, Jennie gave up.

"Ugh, what are you even doing in this building anyways? What part of the company do you work for? Technology? You look like a tech-y person."

For the first time, Lisa looked taken back. Her face immediately shone a bright red as she turned her face away from Jennie and onto the focus of the ground.

"Oh um..... I got hired as a personal assistant. I meet who they are when I get to the 278th floor, the same one you're coming off of." Lisa spoke, her gaze reaching Jennie's once before returning to the ground.
