"so he doesn't know i'm also here?" i said to suho. he shrugged his shoulders,

"no, but he'll be happy to see you right? i mean it's been years.." suho smiled

"happy to see me? i think the fuck not. do you not remember anything? i should just go before things get bad. if i'm here, it will ruin the reunion with you guys." i said to suho and yugyeom, they pursed their lips and crossed their arms at the same time,

"don't be stupid hyung, stay. it won't be awkward, like he would even bring it up if he saw you, it would just make things awkward." yugyeom said.

"that's the thing jungkook would do! he would bring up the past just to be a fucking jerk." i poked the inside of my cheek with my tongue and rolled my eyes.

"he's probably moved on hyung, who knows, maybe he found a boyfriend or girlfriend and won't even remember." suho said, trying to be positive like always. yugyeom looked up from his phone,

"actually, suho might be right. jungkook is bringing "someone" with him, they were apparently already hanging out before i texted him." yugyeom shifted in his seat and looked up at me,

"is it his date or something? to a friend reunion?" i scoffed,

"he didn't say, just that they were already in town together when i asked to meet up, do you mind?" yugyeom asked with a raised brow.

"no, i could care less." i traced my finger around the rim of my coffee cup nervously, suho clapped his hands together excitedly.

"yay i haven't seen us all together in a long time!" he took a gulp from his extra sugary hot chocolate.

"who's idea was it to give him more sugar hmm?" i said with a chuckle, yugyeom giggled and suho just rolled his eyes and took more gulps of his drink.

the ride was going to be longer than expected to get to the cafe, the roads were busy and icy, cars driving extra slow for safety. i haven't even said a word to taehyung yet, we've just been sitting in silence except for taehyung's occasional "get off the road!" or "learn how to fucking drive!" here and there when he got angry. i chuckled at the youngers terrible road rage.

"what's so funny? these people shouldn't be driving if they don't know how to!" he deeply sighed and slumped back into the chair, i couldn't help but giggle.

"i wouldn't expect someone like you to have this bad if road rage." i said with a smirk.

"why not? am i not scary enough?" he scrunched his nose at an attempt to look angry, but failed, looking quite cute actually.. "so anyways, who are these friends of yours? friends from school or..?"

"actually they are my friends from my old school, we haven't seen each other for a while since i moved." i smiled at all the good memories we've shared a while back.

"so it's like a reunion?"

"yeah i guess." taehyung pursed his lips,

"well that's not gonna be awkward at all, besides the fact i have no clue who they are. also won't that ruin it? having a stranger there?" the younger looked like he was having a mini panic attack, "are they going to make fun of me? i'm in my pjs because of my cold.. and i'll make everyone sick and they will-" i rested my hand on the youngers shoulder, he stiffened a bit but finally took a deep breath. i traced out imaginary circles with my thumb.

"don't worry, they won't mind, i think they'll like you, well at least suho will for sure, he likes everyone." i giggled and retracted my hand, "i'll get you a warm drink for your cold too if you'd like."
