The kettle's voice shook me out of my thoughts and I hurried to turn the stove off. "You seriously didn't have to Ni, it's not even her birthday."I murmured and smiled at the doll that he had brought for Darcy as I poured The hot steamy tea into the white floral designed cups. "Oh it's nothing and sides she's the only one I like instead of you and your dumb narcissistic husband."Niall teased with a sly smirk. My brow raised up tauntingly before I poked my tongue out at him as I passed the hot cup in his hand. "Ouchhh... could've warned me ya potato."Niall winced as he quickly put the cup down on the tray after just getting his hand burnt from the hotness.

I rolled my eyes playfully as I plopped down beside him with a dog cookie in my hand. "U know i was kidding, don't you?"Niall giggled as he leaned by my side, trying to lighten my mood. I smiled at him before whistling at our husky dog- Nano making her get up from our sofa and run towards us. "Hey Nano hun....I suppose you like Nando's...cause you know Nano and Nando's actually...."Niall tried making a joke as she panted and rubbed her head against his leg. "Oh uncle Ni,...please don't even try to complete the joke...it's already going down the hill"my 8 year old son-Edward teased as I gave the dog cookie to Nano.

"Why are you even here right now, shouldn't you be in school?"Niall asked offended. "Got a fever mah love."Ed teased with a smirk as he dramatically placed his hand on his forehead and sighed. My giggles filled the lounge room as they mocked each other playfully, soon enough we heard the door jiggle before it swung open and in entered my two favourite lovelies, bickering about something as always. "-no daddy....you can't just run over the traffic light..."she objected and my eyes widened.

"Hey baby...". "Hello there cheeto!" I And Niall greeted Darcy making her stop the conversation with her father and run over to us with that big adorable smile of hers. "MOMMA AND UNCLE Ni!!"she yelled before jumping on Niall who had his arms wide open for her already."Yeah hello to you too."Ed rolled his eyes before he jumped off the couch and ran over to the toilet greeting harry and half hugging, prolly in hurry to take a wee wee.

"Hey...how was your day?"I asked harry as he pressed a kiss to my temple. "Mehh...it was okay....hey mate, when'd you come?"Harry asked as he greeted Niall. "I was just passing by....thought to meet this little ray of sunshineee."Niall sung as he tickled darcy's tummy making her erupt into giggles. "That little ray of sunshine got me the red ticket today."Harry mumbled before slipping out the ticket from his back pocket and setting it on the marble counter.

"Such a naughty monkey you are."Harry hushed with a smirk as he kissed darcy's head while loosening his tie. "Why? What happened.?".i asked, worried. "That's my girl!" Niall praised her while letting her onto the floor so that she'll go and change her uniform. Its very stupid to actually make a 4 year old wear uniform but umm....that's what schools do here in our town. "I broke the traffic rule...ran over when the light was still red....she called 911 from my phone and explained them how I ran over the red light while I was buying donuts for y/n."Harry explained as he plopped down onto the couch with a sigh while Niall laughed.

"Well daddy did a bad thing...."I trailed off as Darcy nodded her head, agreeing with me. "Wha's that?"Niall wondered before he stretched his arm around a frowning Harry's back and picked the pink sticky note that was sticking to Harry's back.

"Oops!"Darcy smirked before running off to Nano who barked playfully at the sight of her.

I stifled a laugh as my already exhausted husband groaned. "And here I was wondering why everyone in the shop were giggling at me..."Harry mumbled as he pushed his head back to rest on the couch head rest. "She's such a gem...she wrote 'Mr. Zig Zag.'"Niall added with a laugh.

"You see I didn't choose dad life...dad life chose me.."Harry shrugged his shoulders. "Darcy? Go change your uniform Princess....you have to get back in 5 for lunch remember."Harry reminded Darcy who stood there with a pout on her face obviously not wanting to leave Nano who licked her arm repeatedly in a loving manner.

"But I don't want toooo..."she whined as Harry jogged towards her. "Don't make me count to three..."Harry warmed Darcy as Niall and I watched from our spots.

"1..."harry started.

"2...". She stood still.

"Three..."Harry stopped seeing Darcy make no move.

I sighed before standing up and gathering the plates to bring them to the washer. "Don't make me count to three again."Harry warned again causing Niall to chuckle loudly.

"C'mon baby, lets get you out of this and then you'll have a candy after lunch."I told Darcy as I scooped her up in my arms noticing Ed get out of the toilet while harry went in our bedroom probably to change.

"Oh I almost forgot....uncle Ni brought you a doll.."I smiled as her eyes widened in excitement. "A DOLL?"she asked as Niall got up from the couch, nodding his head as he handed the pretty doll to her.

"Say thank you darc..."I reminded her. "Thank you."She said shyly making Niall press a kiss to her head. "What's her name?"she asked. "It doesn't have a name...but you can name her."Niall told her as she cradled the doll in her arms. "I love you stupid face"she mumbled to the doll before kissing it making Niall and I laugh.

"She'll make a great mother."Niall stated as I chuckled before taking her in the room to change her clothes.

After changing her out of her clothes, we all gathered up along with Niall at dining table to eat lunch. "Alright so kiddies..."Harry started as he cleared his throat. "Don't call us that."Ed whined as he looked up from his plate while harry just smiled at his son. "Yeah don't call us that." Niall complained with a weird look on his face.

"So these are the rules for today....Don't lick doorknobs....Eat one Cheeto at a time not 16.....No fart fights..."Harry listed as Ed and Darcy nodded their head understandably while we all know they're going to break the rules again.

"How was your day sweetheart?"I asked Darcy as I placed my plate down on the table. "It was good....oh Andy was really sad cause his granny...."she stopped her sentence and looked up at me. I nodded telling her to continue while all of us watched her.

"Umm....she was in hospital......she uhh ....uhh....she .....her ghost fell out!"she finally finished her sentence as she picked up her spoon casually and started eating.

"She died dumbo..."Ed retorted back as we all stifled our laughs at her limited child vocabulary. "MOOM pigeon feet is being mean."Darcy whined as she glared at Ed.

"Oof..."Niall laughed.
