Fight Back

A/n: I got this idea when I read a really dark Iron-Dad and Spider-Son, so the things that Flash does may seem a bit too much but go with it. Enjoy~!

(Pretend that Iron man 3 you were injected with the fire stuff, I forgot what it's called, but both you and Pepper were kidnapped and injected with the stuff. Also idk what Flash's last name is so yeahhh.)

Peter was shoved into a locker, he knew who pushed him back automatically. Flash.

"Come clean, you aren't at an internship with Stark Industries." Flash says, grabbing Peter by the collar.

"Whatever helps you sleep at night." Peter murmurs.

He got used to bullying a while ago, it became worse these past few weeks. Flash shouted about how it was Peter's fault that his family died. The most recent being Aunt May, who told Peter not to blame himself. But he lied to her enough before, why can't it happen now as well. Peter already thought it was his fault. He should be the dead one.

A punch brought him back to reality. Everyone gave him a look of pity. Either the bullying, or they believed he was lying to cope with his dead family.

But he did live in the Avengers tower, Tony Stark was the only person left on his emergency list, so he let him- wanted him to -stay, and Peter became family to everyone who lived there as well.

You were in the rest room when all this was happening, and when you heard nothing but silence, and then a grunt, you immediately knew what was happening.

"You're an idiot Flash." You say, your arms crossed over your chest, everyone turns to you in shock or fear.

"What?" He shouts angrily. You slowly walk towards him, till your barely and half a foot away from each other.

"I said you're in idiot. 'Cuz one day someone's gonna fight back. Whether it be Peter himself, or me." You growl, eyes turning red as you stare at Flash, so much anger and rage.

"Y-Y/n, calm down, you don't need to-" Peter tried to stop you, because he saw your eyes.

"Shut it Parker." You say, he immediately shuts up.

"And how are you gonna fight back?" Flash chuckles and smirks.

"Keep talking and you'll fucking find out." You growl, and he laughs.

"Aww, little Y/n has a crush on Pussy Parker!" He laughs, you grab him by his throat and hold him in the air.

"Make fun of him again and I'll roast your ass alive." You growl as your hand lights up, until the principal walks about and calls your name, he doesn't see your hand and you extinguish it as he walks closer to you.

"Y/n, Peter, Flash, in my office. Now!" He says, his voice hard in anger. You drop Flash and walk to his office. Your eyes turning from orange to e/c as you sit down in a chair.

Twenty minutes later Tony Stark and Steve Rogers walks into the building, going to the principal's office for both of the teenagers.

"Y/n, Peter, you both better tell me what the hell happened or I swear I will ground you both from ever leaving the Tower again." Steve threatens.

"It was a misunderstandi-" Peter starts, but you interrupt.

"Misunderstanding my ass." You growl. "Flash has been bullying Peter for years and recently it got physical and the first person to do anything for it gets in trouble." Tony looks at Peter in shock.

"That doesn't mean you have to get in a fight-!" Steve starts.

"You started a Civil War over your beliefs, don't tell me not to fight, woman and teenager or not you can't say anything about fighting you're a soldier Uncle Steve." You defend.

"Is that really true?" Tony asks.

"Of course not-!" Flash's dad starts.

"It is." Peter whispers.

Tony sees the satisfaction and angry orange in you eyes, and he squeezes your shoulder, signaling you to calm down. You take a deep breath.

"These students are liars." Flash's dad states.

"Oh no, according to the cameras, Flash has beaten up Peter a total of twenty times over the past three weeks." The Secretary says, leaning in the door way. "Nobody stood up for him until Y/n stepped up today."

"The fact Y/n still got in a fight should be punished, three days suspense, Peter, you can go home for the rest of the day. Flash, you're expelled." The principal declares, as a satisfied smirk appears on your face.

You all get into Tony's car. It's silent for most of the ride, until the Tower is in sight.

"I'm so sorry, you got into a fight over me, and suspended because of me." Peter apologizes, and you chuckle.

"Peter, I didn't have to fight for you, the reason I got into a fight was because Flash is an ass and deserved what he fucking got!" You chuckle.

"Steve doesn't like that language Y/n." Tony says, looking at you in the rear view mirror, causing you to giggle.

"Alright, whats my punishment. Grounding? No lab? No suit?" You ask, looking at Steve.

He looks back at you.

"Nah, you've gotta point kid. You fought for someone you love-" he started before you cut him off.

"Steve!" You squeak. He realizes what he's said and covers his mouth. "Oh my god." You whisper hiding your face in your hands.

Peter is blushing, but he reached over and puts his hand on your knee, and smiles.
