I know way too many people who either have experienced depression, or are in depression. I am writing this to hopefully bring light in their day. Disclaimer: I don't own the pictures, I find them on the internet.

I believe life is too short to not do anything when I read about you all who have depression. I know that I can help, if you know someone who has depression, please share this with them. I believe, it'll help.
I just wanted to let that be known, I find that it helped me think on a deeper level.
Oh, and I do this because I had a friend who was so depressed she became suicidal. Thankfully i was able to talk her out of it. It was a huge wake up call.
Anyway, I hope this gave some insight on why I'm doing this. I believe depression is too serious to just biomedicine on, it needs all the care, nurturing, time, and love it can get to heal.
