Companionship. Having something to listen to you when you are feeling down. It's hard to come by in humans. But not in dogs.

They don't care, as long as you feed them and give them a place to sleep, they always love you. They know when you are sad and they will comfort you. A love like that is not always found in people, a dog will always listen and love you. Maybe, what you need is a companion. Cherish it, they sure cherish you.
I am putting this because yesterday one of my dogs had a really bad seizure. Luckily he made it through with God's help. It still scared me though. I refused to leave him and I just talked to him. My dad helped make sure while he was having it, he didn't bite me. Atlas my standard poodle is a great dog who has helped protect my family for a while now and I am just thankful that Christmas is a time of miracles. I am just so thankful right. But, if it gets worse, we will have to put him down. I don't think I would be able to handle it though. Anyone want to talk? I think I need it.
