Ten ☕

Eunwoo's POV

"Can we share instead?"

My hand slowly slid down from his wrist to his fingers while he stared at me in shock. His fingers were ice cold, probably from wearing only a T-shirt and khaki shorts in the cold weather. Unknowingly, my fingers were fiddling with his own as I waited for him to reply while trying to warm up his icy fingers.

Before I could intertwine my fingers with his, he jerked his hand away and I snapped out of the feeling of the friction between his soft fingers against mine.

I wasn't able to read his expression in the dark but, I heard a soft "Okay" to answer my question.

Smiling, I shifted to the right on the bean bag to allow him to sit down beside me.

He sat down and tried to make himself comfortable but kept avoiding eye-contact. His cold arm brushed against mine and his arm flinched at the physical contact.

I wanted to pull him into a tight embrace to warm him up with my body heat since his small frame probably wasn't able to warm up on it's own.

"Should I get you a blanket?" I asked the shivering boy.
He finally met my eyes before slowly nodding his head.

As I got up, my eyes landed on the clock in the living room and surprisingly, I was able to make out the time in the darkness.

It was almost 1a.m. and most of the boys were struggling to keep their eyes open to focus on the movie.

Not that the movie was interesting, anyways.

Going back up the stairs to enter the room I had previously passed out in, I pulled the duvet off the bed and brought it downstairs. It seemed cozy and I wished I had slept snuggled in it instead of laying openly like a drunkard.

With careful steps down the stairs so that I wouldn't trip by getting my feet caught in the duvet, I walked back to where Renjun was dozing off.

Since the bean bag was a bit firm and without a backrest, Renjun was still seated upright to watch the movie, though his head rolled back a few times due to how sleepy he was, seen from how his eyes drooped close frequently.

I plopped back down next to him which caused him to snap awake.

"Here."
I passed the duvet over to him and received a thanks.

"Aren't you feeling cold too?"

"No, I'm fine."
I smiled at his concern and wondered what he would have done if I had said yes.

He pulled the duvet across his back and over his head tightly to warm up.
But, no matter how cuddly he looked, I had to resist my urge to wrap my arms around him and snuggle into him.

Once again, his head slowly started falling forward while I thought he was watching the movie. He was definitely falling asleep but was still trying his hardest to stay awake.

After watching his actions for a while, I didn't think much of it and brought Renjun's head sideways towards my shoulder for him to sleep comfortably.

I tried to focus on the movie but his soft snoring had me under a trance and made me feel sleepy despite waking up only a while back.

As I looked around, I saw that all of the boys had already fallen asleep.
Softly grinning at the atmosphere around, I rested my head ontop of Renjun's and let sleep take over me.
