This will be my first full-length historical fiction novel with a touch of fantasy and romance, well, a lot of romance but not too much. Hindi gaanong ka-intense, hindi gaanong ka-cheesy at hindi rin gaanong pabebe. Just enough to be palatable to the readers. And yes, nagtatagalog po ako. Just like what you're thinking, this novel is bilingual. This is an English-Filipino novel because in this story, I will be merging two major cultures and many minor global events (this is a spoiler-free introduction so I'm not gonna mention any important detail that might spoil you; even the major concepts and themes of the story).
For those who are asking if this is stand-alone or not, it's not. This can't be a stand-alone book. I'm sure there would be a sequel but I'm still not sure if this would be a duology, a trilogy, a quartet or a series. As the story goes on, I will be posting notes at the end of the chapters.
If the story goes well, I will make a separate novel; an English translation for the sake of foreign readers. If it's flop, I'd still continue writing.
I'm not writing just to gain popularity and recognition. I write because it is my passion.
