I watch Todd and Larry stare at each other for a bit before Todd coughs and looks away
"When was the last time we actually talked here Larry?"
They both make eye contact.
"Sixth grade"
I stare, blindly. I hope they don't hate each other or-
I immediately put my hands over my face, how could I have forgotten! I mentally yell at myself before it hits me,
If Larry saw my face why isn't he saying anything.
Why isn't he trying to stay away?
I feel a pair of hands pull mine away from my face and look to see Larry and Todd staring at me.
"Sally Face" i jerk slightly when he says Face.
Larry smiled at me, why?
"Dude, i didn't see your face if that's what your thinking."
"How?" I blurt out before actually thinking it.
"Your Dad told me that you we're sensitive about it so I avoided looking at your face while you we're out dude."
I feel a smile form in my lips.
"Thank you".
I notice Todd was staring at us before he looked at his watch,
"Oh, well I have to go, bye Larry,
Bye Sally Face."
We watch Todd go to the elevator and leave before Larry grabbed my hands again "Hey Sally?"
I look up at him, he has this stupid grin on his face "Wanna go to my tree house and get high?"
I look at him and I could tell my expression is a 'What the hell' look and I look what him and again talk without thinking,
"What"
We both stare at each other before he laughs
"Dude your eyes are sooooo wide!"
I blink, and he was right my eyes are really wide.
"Come on Bro, its not that bad."
"Yeah? But its illegal"
He laughs again "not illegal unless you get caught"
I stare at him in awe
How can he be so carefree over a crime like drugs.
"Are you a delinquent Larry"
He laughs even more "Nah bro. I'm just a cool dude. Come on! Let's go get sto-!"
I cover his mouth as he yells "Dude! Shh! Your really gonna yell that when there are people around?!"
He says something but its muffled so I ignore it and let go of him before sighing
"Okay, okay fine. Let's go get high"
He smirks "On wards!" I watch him head to the elevator,
