Characters:
Ángel Belfon- The most loving person. She loves her enemy Jonathan. But she never thought she would love hate him, even now when their stuck together and she finds out his big secret and a secret she never knew she had.
Jonathan Lopez- Is a jerk at times, Wesley High School's biggest player. In love with his enemy Ángel, whom he never thought he would fall so hard for her. But he may have to kill her when she finds out his secret that has been hidden for years
Diamond Jorge- Best friend to Ángel since 2nd more like sisters to each other, she wishes her life could be more like Ángel's. Is hiding something that not even Angel knows and they tell each other everything. Has to protect Ángel from the people who want to hurt her and her family.
Enrique Pulley- Jonathan's best friend since forever. Has to help Ángel's friend protect her. But is also dealing with a problem of his own.
Tia Gordon- Ángel's little cousin who loves her to death but is quiet and wants to be just like Ángel, that is until she finds trouble and most do anything to protect her cousin and keep her out of harms grip.
Khalil White-Ángel's stepbrother and is in love with her best friend, Aaliyah whom he's gotten pregnant. He did it so she wouldn't be able to protect Ángel and get hurt. Now he hurts anyone who tries to hurt her, his family or friends. He is also Jonathan's best friend
Canise Flur- Has a major crush on Khalil but hates him for getting her twin Aaliyah pregnant. Now she would do anything in her power to help her sister protect Ángel her new friend even if it means killing someone to protect her
Joel Wallace- Ángel's best friend is clueless about the whole entire protector thing until he learns why the others are doing it. Is dating Tia but no one knows. He also has to keep a secret from the whole crew about Ángel's past and future, even his own.
Aaliyah Mark- Best friend to Ángel and Diamond since 4th so close you could have sworn they were born together. Canise's baby sister. Is pregnant with Ángel's stepbrother's baby but is still able to protect Ángel no matter what people try and doto stop her.
Keith Lopez-Jonathan's little brother. He is also in love with Tia. He would do anything to have her. Is also trying to protect Ángel from getting hurt.
*Ángel has so many people looking out for her but who's looking out for them. And an even bigger question how does she choose her destiny from her fate?*
Chapter 1
Ángel's POV
"Class today we'll be learning about William Shakespeare" Ms. Burniham said as she wrote his name on the board. I was in my English Literal class. It was the last period of the day thanks heaven. Even though I love English Lit I hate having it at the end of the day.
"Okay, who can tell me something they know about Shakespeare? Anyone, how about you Ms. Belfon? " Ms. Birmingham said looking dead at me. Her greenish-bluish eyes looking like daggers burned holes into my eyes.
"Um......Well he was a famous play writer that wrote the play, Romeo and Juliet" I said looking right at her with the same look she gave to me. Ms. Birmingham was a petite woman that stood at about 5'3"; she had medium length black hair and fair brown skin. The class went by a little bit faster than I thought it would. After, the bell rang I packed my bags and darted out the door.
My name is Ángel Belfon. I'm 16 years old and a junior at Wesley High School. I'm 5'5" I have elbow length dark brown hair, brown eyes, and a medium caramel skin color. I have 4 best friends in the whole world. Their names are Aaliyah, Joel, Tia and Diamond. We've known each for as long as time has existed (not really, then we would be old).
