It has been almost a month since that very day that Jonathan had kissed me and everything has been getting more and more weirder between everyone by the day. Some weird guy in school has been eyeing me and another person was following me around. The gang has been a bit more over protective then ever. Like I was walking to class and the squeezed my finger and Joel got all defensive. It was just an accident. And last week we were playing basketball and the ball just tapped my leg and Diamond and Tia went all bodyguard on me. The only person who seems to be calm and normal would have to be Aaliyah even those she has those pregnancy mood swings, but I rather that any day over the bodyguard ways of the others. I have to talk to them about this and timing couldn't have been more perfect since they were all at my house, sitting outside. It was a nice day and I didn't want to waste it sitting inside doing nothing at all.
" Hey can I ask you guys something?" I said more to the ground then them. They just looked at me to continue when I looked up.
" How come you guys all of a sudden became all over protective on me these past few months?" They all started fidgeting with their hands or whatever they were holding before Tia finally spoke.
" Someone is out to get you. We don't know who but all we know is that they go to our school" Tia answered looking at me.
" What do you mean someone is out to get me? I've done nothing wrong to anyone in that school since I stepped foot in it." I said getting a little angry. " And what exactly are you trying to protect me from?"
" Getting kidnapped" Joel repiled looking down.
" Who in the world would want to- wait, these few weeks I've noticed some weird guy following me and snapping pictures of every place I went and everything I did. I thought I was just going crazy or something." I said looking at them with a worried look.
" Someone has been following you?!" they all yelled.
" Yeah but I thought that I was-" Just then I heard some movement coming from the side of the house. The others must have heard it too because they all turned to the sound. Then it just disappeared.
" I think we should take it inside, can't risk anymore people listening in on us anymore then we already have" Diamond said getting up and going inside. We all nodded and followed right behind her. I can't believe my life is in danger. And to make matters worse my friends are putting their life in danger trying to protect me.
When we got inside the house we sat in the living room. It was dead silent, almost deadly. Then I decided to break it because I needed answers and they were going to give it to me.
" How long have you guys known?" I asked
" Its been almost a year." Aaliyah answered " Right about now I have a feeling that, that's the reason why Khalil got me pregnant."
" All we know is that someone is out to get you because of what your capiable of" Joel said
" What I'm capiable of? I can't really do anything" I said looking at them like they were crazy.
" You may not know it yet but your parents, before they were the top law firm ever or your parents, they were spies for the government." Diamond said looking dead at me.
" They've trained you from birth on the ins and outs of everything for this moment and your going to need it more than ever since you are in danger" Tia included.
" See no ones answering that question for me. Danger from what?" I asked slightly confused.
" We don't know! That's what were trying to tell you. All we know is that someone is out to get you over something your parents did years ago." Tia said
" Oh. But where are my parents now?" I asked looking at all of them. They had their heads down hiding their faces.
