it was new year's day, and the whole city was buzzing withe excitement. all neighbourhoods were discussing their plans for the evening, and before parting, they would all wish each other a happy new year.
all family relatives were traveling to meet each other, all teenagers were going to each other's houses. couples would walk down the streets, hand in hand, discussing what they want to do.

chim: are we still meeting
at 8 o'clock today?
suga: of course we are
suga: why wouldn't we
chim: i don't know, just wanted
to check again
suga: you've asked me this
for the millionth time in the
past few days
chim: i'm sorry
chim: i'll meet you later

a few hours later, yoongi and jimin were meeting at a certain destination. yoongi went past a flower shop and he saw some really pretty flowers on sale. he looked at his wallet and handed the shop owner some money, and then pointed at the flowers which he wanted to buy.
the shop owner wished him a happy new year and yoongi did the same, before continuing to go to the arranged destination.
the rest of the boys were meeting with each other straight away at the train station.
yoongi arrived at the destination.
it's a bit before eight o'clock in the evening. he's standing there, patiently waiting for jimin to quickly come meet him so they can both take a taxi to get to the train station.
yoongi is tightly holding the bouquet of flowers, since he wants jimin to receive something beautiful as him.

soon enough, yoongi see him in the distance and waves to him. he appears to spot yoongi, standing alone at the other side of the street.

jimin waits for the traffic lights to turn green so he can cross the road. yoongi admires how the kid always looks both sides twice before crossing the road, just shows that he's careful.

jimin soon starts jogging over to me and soon enough, he's just a few metres away from me.

yoongi remembers that this was just like in his dream a few days ago, and he immediately starts smiling since he knows that jimin will run into his arms in a matter of moments.

yet yoongi was wrong. a motorcycle started to speed up through the busy cars who were waiting for the traffic lights to turn from red to green. all of the car drivers were confused as to what was happening, some of the cars were scratched from the reckless motorcyclist and wanted to complain.

yet this driver on the motorcycle didn't know what was red and what was green.

he sped up and just as jimin almost finished crossing the road, the motorcyclist drove straight into jimin.
the bouquet of flowers fell onto the ground, and screams were filling everybody's ears.
yoongi's hands were shaking, he didn't know what was happening. he didn't want to believe what was happening.
"no..no!" he started screaming and ran over to what was left of the younger male.
