Sacrifice- Anakin's little sister

Fear.

I could feel my heart about to beat out of my chest. I was running through an endless tunnel. Laughter erupted all around me. I screamed as I was grabbed and held under water.

"You." I was soaked from top to bottom. "what?" I sputtered out water. "not fit to be a jedi, you are." 'master yoda?' "you will never be one with the force, youngling." 'master windu?' "you aren't good enough  to be my sister." 'anakin...' my heart broke hearing him say that. "you are the reason I am dead!" 'master taru...' I felt alone yet there were eyes tracking my every move. "I tried to save you master.. I tried so hard.. Im so sorry.." "you tried nothing!" tears slid down my cheeks. I felt my body shaking.. I dropped to my knees and held my head in my hands. "no .. Please.." all of a sudden I felt soft sand underneath of me. I opened my eyes to see tattooine. It was night, anakin was walking through the sand towards me. "kara.. Mom.. She's..  She's dead.." he dropped down and sobbed in front of me. I blinked hard fighting tears. All of a sudden he looked up his eyes bright crimson red. "And it's all because of YOU!" I jumped back as he tried to slice through me with his lightsaber. "anakin!?"  I shot up screaming out and felt two hands on my shoulders. I looked up to see Master Kenobi staring at me. "you were screaming in your sleep Kara. You kept shouting names, master yoda, windu and even master taru. You yelled anakins name several times..." My breathing was shallow. My heart pounding. "im sorry for frightening you master.. It was a nightmare." I looked down. "I've been getting them a lot lately.. Just never so.. Vivid." I looked back at him. "master.. Do you think anyone is trying to find us?" "of course. anakin may be a pain, but he would never give up on finding us. Your brother doesn't give up easily." I looked up at him. "wait.. You know we're siblings?" "of course Kara. I have known from the beginning. Why do you two want your sibling relationship to be held so underground and secret?" "anakin was afraid that the council wouldn't allow for us to be of jedi descent if they knew of our relationship. A jedi isn't supposed to form attachments.. We used to be so close.." I looked down at my knees. "After he became a knight like you.. He started shutting me out. It's like I don't even know him anymore.." I closed my eyes and pulled my knees back up. I started to hear voices outside. I kneeled as I turned to master Kenobi with wide eyes. He held a finger to his lips and got his lightsaber ready. I pulled mine out as well and we crouched walking over to the cave entrance. The vines were moved and I saw a dark male figure step inside. I tackled him easily, holding my lightsaber to his throat as I lit it. "whoa!? kara!" I looked and saw anakin peering up at me with an eyebrow raised. His face glowing teal to match my lightsaber. I got up off of him and put away my lightsaber. He picked himself up and dusted off dirt. "Obiwan were you just gonna let her kill me?!" "she wouldn't have killed you anakin. You know that. Next time don't scare her half to death." I stayed silent as I turned around and left the cave to see gunships and a few troops down below. I blinked and jumped down in one leap. I saw Ahsoka Rex, Cody and Echo standing in a half circle. "we should search the northwestern quadrant of the planet first it's closest to their escape pod." Echo spoke in a quiet rushed tone. "we will find Kara and master Kenobi , echo." Rex placed a hand on his shoulder. Ahsoka looked up with cody and saw me. Her eyes widened. "Kara!!" she jumped over the hologram and rammed into me hugging me tightly. "are you alright?! You have cuts all over your face!" I laughed as I pushed away her hands. "im fine ahsoka. I fixed up some medicinal herbs and used it on both myself and master kenobi." she raised an eyebrow. "where is master kenobi?" I pointed up to the cave just as anakin and obiwan came out. They came down the hill, anakin stopping right next to me. As I looked at him I saw a flash of the nightmare I had had. With his eyes bright crimson red. I shook my head eyes wide and spun turning away from him.. 'His face...' "kara? Are you alright?" I looked at Ahsoka fighting back tears and ran through the gunship and jumped up into a high up tree. I heard them yelling for me and I saw as a few clones walked past calling my name. echo, dart and Revv being the leading three. I held my arms tightly to my chest. My legs wrapped around the trunk of the giant tree. 'why do I keep having these nightmares?! Why!?' I felt this extreme feeling of guilt find its way into my stomach. "Kara get down please.." I looked down to see ahsoka. I looked around to see if anakin was around. After seeing it was clear I jumped down keeping my arms crossed. She put a hand on my shoulder. "are you okay?" I nodded silently. She took my arm and brought me into a gunship with a few clones. "will you tell me what happened?" I looked at her. "when we get back to corusant ." she nodded at me. The gunship took off as the others did. I looked to see Echo next to me. He held my black cloak out to me. I took it from him smiling in thanks. I slid it over my arms and let the sleeves float down. thankfully pulling the hood up over my head. My short Bob cut peaked out about an inch. I looked at ahsoka who also put on her red orange and beige cloak. Her head tail horns stuck out from her cloak. I nodded to her. She smiled warmly in return. She linked one arm with mine and I laughed.
