My female coworker invited me to come with her and her friends to concert.

I accepted even tho I don't really like that band.

The concert is right on New Year's day so it means I won't be alone for New Year.

I really can't wait to spend time with them. It's been a long time since I went out with girls.

Well, the concert is in some kind of bar, better said night club. So that means we will drink alcohol.

I'm glad I'm off duty on New Year's. It would be awkward if someone actually called for me in hospital.
