20-Betrayal

Your vision went blurry, you thought you were imagining it but as you could smell him, that dark summery smell, and his honey voice sounded the same as ever.

"Taehyung I'm not going to fight with you, just get out and don't talk to me again" you listened to how jimin's voice cracked and wavered, he was saying goodbye to his brother.

You could imagine the image of the man holding back tears while looking at the boy he had loved for so long.

"Did she tell you this, that you needed to distance yourself from me?" Taehyung's voice was accusatory and dark

"She told me what you are and what you did" jimins voice snarled back "don't make this harder than it already is" jimins voice sounded exasperated

"Jimin we're brothers!" Taehyungs voice practically begged and you winced as his voice cracked and wavered.

"For all I know, you were never a brother of mine" jimins voice spat and the room went silent.

"Jimin you have to believe me, what she's saying is all a lie. I believed her too, don't let her do this to you...to us" taehyungs voice cut out at the end.

You peeked your head out and subconsciously froze when you saw taehyung.

Jimin was avoiding all eye contact while taehyung desperately tried to get his older brother to look at him.

The both of them had tears in their eyes.

You examined the both of them and you were surprised, jimin was genuine, but so was taehyung, it seemed as though he was a completely different person from the one you remembered.

But then, the other taehyung came out to play.

It was an obvious shift, to you at least. His whole body relaxed, he was confident, not desperate or upset, his demeanor became dark and evil. You were sure you had just seen someone else shift into taehyungs body.

Jimin didn't seem to notice though.

"Jimin listen to me" taehyungs voice was smooth and mellow, unlike the emotional and strained one before.

"She told you that I made her into this, that I tortured her against her will...she did right"taehyung moved closer to Jimin.

He looked up and nodded, his eyes glazed with moisture and his whole expression one of someone who had just lost the world.

But taehyungs face was calm, he was confident, all emotion was wiped away in seconds.

It sent you chills.

"Jimin I know it's been difficult and she's poisoned your mind for so long, but she's lying. She lied to me too" Jimin looked up, he surprised.

"N-no taehyung, she wasn't lying, I-I know it" Jimins voice wavered and you felt defeated by the unsure tone in his voice.

"Jimin I'll tell you the truth, just listen to me...she's not who you think she is" jimins eyes wavered and ultimately he nodded.

"Yes I did experiment on her but she signed up for it you see-" taehyung was cut off suddenly as jimins words aggressively retaliated.

"Ugh taehyung cut the crap, it's so obvious when you lie" Jimin was livid.

"Jimin listen to me-", "shut up taehyung!" They both screamed at each other hoping to be heard, one after another, neither of them giving the other a chance to speak.

"SHE'S THE ONE FATHER ALWAYS SPOKE ABOUT, SHE'S SEO AH'S DAUGHTER!"
