Chapter 16 ~ Midnight cravings

Tae's POV

I'm woken up by somebody mumbling in my ear. I blink sleepily and turn my head to see Jin with a frown on his face. ''How the mighty have fallen'' he whispers and a tear rolls down his cheek. I shove him to wake him up. Opening his eyes, his eyebrows scrunch up in confusion. ''What on earth were you dreaming about?'' I ask him ''Oh Tae it was so awful, I dreamt that the guy from his vine actually dropped his croissant and it was the worst thi-'' ''Is that it? You woke me from my beauty sleep for that?'' ''I don't think you heard me correctly. He. almost. dropped. his.croissant.'' he exclaims.

''Stop talking dead skin cells are coming out of your mouth.'' i rasp. He woke me up over a fucking croissant? I take a deep breath so I don't kill my boyfriend. I notice Yoongi starting to stir behind Jin and I say a silent prayer quickly. Jin hasn't noticed yet and i see Yoongi's head peek up from behind Jin's wide ass back. He puts his fingers to his lips and I fight the smirk coming on my face

''You know Jin, small creatures are way more vicious because they have less space for their anger to be bottled up in.'' ''What? That's ridiculous, give me an example'' ''No really, like spider, wasps''

Yoongi moves so he is right next to Jin. ''and Yoongi'' he whispers right in his ear, jumping on Jin. A loud shriek escapes from his mouth. I hear several thumps from behind me and I flip myself over to see Hoseok on the floor, gripping on to Joon. From the latter's confused face, I'm guessing Hobi flung himself out the bed and decided to take as many people with him as possible. Well, judging by Jungkook and Jimin gripping onto the bed while hanging off it, he succeeded. The two try to climb back up onto the bed, before ultimately giving up on stopping themselves falling. Jimin drops to the floor gently, Jungkook dropping not so gently right on top of him. Kookie immediately starts apologising after Jimin grunts loudly but i question how sincere his apology is, looking at the bunny smile on his face.

''Is anybody else hungry?'' Jin whispers after a moment of silence.

I roll my eyes and a fond smile comes onto my face. Now that he does mention it however, I realise I am pretty hungry. ''We haven't got any food though?'' I say. ''Time to go shopping then.'' ''It's midnight?'' ''Your point'' I sigh softly ''Fine''

Hoseok suddenly shoots up ''We need to do the Christmas tree!'' I tilt my head in confusion at the sudden topic change, I stay silent for a moment as we discuss the plans. We decide to go to the shop and buy loads of snacks and some actual food as well and then decorate the Christmas tree, despite the fact that it was midnight because none of us would be able to go back to sleep at this point.

''Wait before we go, what are we going to buy?'' Jimin says something but none of us hear him as he is on his stomach with his face on the floor, as Jungkook never did get off of him for some reason. He says it again ''largemorara'' ''Ah-carbonara'' Jin says as if it was clear now. Joon looks up ''How the fuck did you know that?''

He shrugs getting up, he walks over to the mirror to fix his hair ''I just realised we don't need to go to the shop because I'm already enough of a snack'' Yoongi and I both throw a pillow at him and everybody rolls their eyes, while grabbing some clothes.

I force Jimin to carry me when we get out of the car at the store because i'm still a bit tired and he's warm. He complains loudly but I know he's joking because of the smile on his face. I grin at him as he twists his head to look at me as soon as I rest my head on his shoulder. His smile gets even bigger but it's gone as quickly as it came because he ''can't see when he smile'' and ''didn't want to drop me'' Definitely didn't have a heart attack at his thoughtfulness- I know he was telling the truth because he had almost dropped me in a pond a couple of weeks ago because I made him laugh so hard, don't ask.
