Chapter 19 ~ Mint choco (Yoonkookhope)

Sorry for the lack of updates- I've deleted two entire chapters because I HATED them. I'm back now with this YoonkookHope date (Is that what they're called??) It is more fluffy than it seems at first,promise! Anyways- enjoy! <3

Hoseok's POV

The door to the living room bangs open as Jungkook runs in and vaults over the sofa where i'm laying. His doe eyes are wide open. "Oh my God what did you do?" "Nobody died!" "WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT?" "Okay so basically i said-"

"WHERE IS THE LITTLE BASTARD?" Jin screams behind me.

"JESUS CHRIST"

"Nope, just me" Jin replies.

"Where is Jungkook?"Namjoon comes in after him panting slightly.

"What the fuck did he do?" i ask while blocking Kookie from my two murderous boyfriends.

"He said mint chocolate ice cream is the best!" Jin spits, disgust in his voice.

"I mean, he's not wrong"

It was at that moment i realised, i fucked up. Namjoon lunges at me, holding me down. Jin grabs a pink slipper from seemingly nowhere and starts whacking us with it.

We beg for mercy and Jin stops hitting us although he looks personally offended. Namjoon eventually sits down with his head in his hands. I hear light footsteps at the door, probably somebody coming to see if they had killed us yet.

"How could you possibly like it? Mint chocolate is basically toothpaste and chocolate mixed" Namjoon exclaims.

"Well,If my grandma had wheels she would have been a bike" Yoongi says from the doorway. (If you got that, you're probably British)

Everyone goes silent for a moment before we burst out in laughter. With Jin and Namjoon in stitches, we escape. I whisper to yoongi "Team mint choco?" "Of fucking course!"

I gesture for them to follow me and i lead them to the front door, I grab two warm jackets, knowing they wouldn't think to get them. We all put on our shoes and quickly go out the front door. "Hobi?" "Yeah?" "Where are we going?" "To get mint chocolate ice cream of course." Jungkook pauses for a moment "You do know it's 1am?" "Yes, your point?"

He shakes his head slightly and laughs. I walk over to a car. I get in the driver's seat and Yoongi slides into the passenger seat, Kookie sitting in the back.

Kookie connects his phone to the car and switches on his music. The instrumental starts and i know the song but i don't know the song name. That is until Jungkook shaters my eardrums singing (well shouting) "Jolene, JOlene, JOLene, JOLENE"

I skip the song only because I would prefer to keep my hearing. Jungkook gasps and glares at me before realising the new song. "Tell me why you gotta look at me that way"

I smile widely and tap the steering wheel as Jungkook starts singing. Yoongi looks at him with pure adoration filling his eyes. Jungkook keeps his eyes closed for the first part of the song before opening his eyes and giggling. I catch his eye in the mirror and wink before I quietly sing the next verse, glancing at the two.

"Oh, why'd you have to be so cute?

It's impossible to ignore you, ah

Why must you make me love you so much?"
