(Juliet's POV)

I took several deep breaths to try and calm myself.

"We have to get started."

"No. Not without Vince."

"Juliet, we have no choice." McCall said before they started taking me to surgery.

Doc said it'd be tomorrow before he delivers her but things changed and so it's today. Now Vince is going to miss the birth of our daughter.

Doc was just about to start when the door busted open and Vince came in.

"I'm here." He said sitting by my head and kissing my forehead.

"Where were you?" I asked.

"On lunch at the gym. I didn't have my phone."

That's when I noticed that underneath the gown he put on, he was only wearing sweatpants and tennis shoes. No shirt.

"There's a blizzard outside and you came here like that? Are you allowed in here?" I asked.

"Considering I own this hospital, we'll say I'm allowed."

"Let's bring this princess into the world, shall we?" Doc asked and we nodded.

"Yes."

"Don't pass out on me this time." Doc said.

"I'll try not to." I said.

A few minutes later, we heard her cry and tears immediately came to my eyes.

"Another one with a head full of black hair." Doc said.

"I don't get a single child with my hair?" I asked looking at Vince.

He just smirked. "We can try again, if you'd like."

"No thanks."

A little while later, we were in the hospital room and she asleep in my arms with Vince by my side.

"A little heartbreaker, she's going to be." Doc said quietly as he walked in.

"Heartbreaker my ass." Vince said. "She isn't allowed to date until after I die and I plan on living to at least 100."

"I came to tell you that you have some visitors wishing to come see you."

"Send them in."

Gio, April, Macy, Stefano, and the boys came in. I was surprised to see Knox, Scarlett, and their four year-old daughter Sadie come in as well.

"She is so precious." Macy said.

"Just as beautiful as their mother." Scarlett said smiling.

"What color are her eyes?" Gio asked.

"Green." Vince answered.

Valentine and Enzo were surprisingly very excited to meet their sister. I'd read books that said sometimes older siblings dislike their younger ones when they are born. I was afraid that Val and Enzo would throw a fit and cry about the new baby.

"She's small." Val said staring at her.

"So were you but look how big you've gotten."

"She will get bigger too." Enzo asked.

"Yes. It is your job to protect her when mommy and I aren't around." Vince said.

"Protect her from what?"

"Anything and anyone who could hurt her. Can you do that?"

"Yes. We will be her protectors." They said at the same time making us all smile.

Later that evening, Macy and Stefano took the boys home and everyone else had left as well which just left Vince and I with our princess.

"They're still waiting on a name." Vince said quietly as she slept.

"I know."

"Have one in mind?"

"What about Isabella?"

"That's perfect. And a middle name?"

"You pick."

"Hmmm. How about Rose?"

"Isabella Rose Bianchi." I said thinking it over. "It's perfect."

"She's perfect," Vince said.

"She is."

"And so are you." He added kissing the side of my head. "You sure you don't wanna have another one? We make beautiful babies."

"I'm positive and if you even think about putting another baby in me, I will divorce you."

"No you won't."

"You're right, I won't but I will never sleep with you again."

He smirked. "We'll see about that."
