Chapter 2

Blake: "I'm really sorry." You hear her say as you finish cleaning all the parts of your sniper. You then start to put it back together.

You: "That makes twenty times that you have said sorry." You chuckle as you roll your eyes.

Blake: "I really am." She says.

You: "And I believe you." You tell her as you grab a tool from a box next to you. "Now I hope this call isn't just to tell me your sorry."

Blake: "Right. What I wanted to ask was..." You wait a few seconds for her to continue but she doesn't.

You: "You wanted to ask me to...?" You prompted.

Blake: "I need your help. I want to leave the White Fang." She tells you causing you to smile. Your fox ears twitched as you lock a part into place on your sniper.

You: "What made you change your mind?" You ask as you grab a tiny screwdriver and begin to put major parts together.

Blake: "Ever since you left... I've noticed the White Fang getting worse everyday." She told you. "You were right. And I'm sorry."

You: "Twenty-one." You count as you put the screwdriver back and lock everything into place. Dusting complete. "What's the plan?"

Blake: "Huh?" She asks slightly surprised at your willingness to help her.

You: "I mean I would have preferred your reason to be that you missed me. But being right is okay too." You tell her. You hear a slight giggle from the other end and you already know that she's blushing as well.

Blake: "There's going to be a train coming in a week. Adam and I are the only two going I think it will be the perfect time to run." She stated.

You: "And you want me there to stop Adam from going after you." You said as you got up from the desk.

Blake: "That's right. I will also disconnect the carts so that no one gets hurt. Just to be safe." She ended.

You: Alright. Guess I'm going back to Vale. I'll call you when I get there. See ya, Kitten." You say.

Blake: "Thank you (Y/N)."

It has been around four days since Blake's call and you finally arrived in Vale. You walk around the city enjoying the sights while still noticing a few glares that some people sent your way. You then look at a building.

You: "Tukson's Book Trade?" You question. You shrug and walk in. "I could use a book." The owner was nice and seemed to be a faunus as well. You walk out with your newly bought book, The Man With Two Souls. It sounded interesting and you thought Blake could read it with you after you helped her. You then pull out your scroll and call Blake.

You: "Hey there Kitten, where should I meet up with you? Just arrived in Vale." You inform as she picks up.

Blake: "Great! There's this place with some great tea. I'll send you the address." She then hung up. A minute later you had a message with the address and you begin you walk there.

As you walk you pull out the book and begin to read the first chapter to make sure Blake would like it. You did like how the beginning gave you just enough information but still left a lot to fill in that would probably be answered in by the end of the book. And before you know it, you arrived.

You: "Hmmm... Where is..." You mumble as you look around the area before spotting Blake. She was sitting on one of the tables outside and was nervously glancing around at the people walking by. Her golden honey eyes met yours and you smiled. You walk over to her as she gets up.

Blake: "(Y/N)... I..." She tries to get out. You see tears in her eyes before you quickly wrap your arms around her and pull her close to you.

You: "I really missed you." You whisper as you kiss the top of her head. You could feel her shiver before she returns the hug. After a moment you both let go and sit down. You could see a bit of pink on her cheeks. You would always love making her blush.

Blake: "It's great to see you again." She finally says after a moment of silence. You nod before taking out your scroll.

You: "We can catch up once you're free from the Fang." You state. You pull up a map of Vale. "What's your plan?"
