Kitten (Blake x Faunus Male Reader)

Chapter 3

You sat on a rock looking at the red trees around you. You wore some basic looking clothing with some bandages on your forearms. You also wore some black gloves with an intricate design on them. You raised your hand and adjusted your earpiece.

You: "Blake? Are you ready?" You asked through said earpiece. There was a moment of silence.

Blake: "Let's do it." You heard her say quietly. You then heard another voice.

???: "Blake. Its time." You glare slightly at the sound of Adam's voice. You were glad you left when you did.

Blake: "Okay..." You then got up and slung your sniper over your shoulder. You ran toward the tracks that Blake had shown you on the map. You mad sure you were at least a mile from their location so Adam wouldn't see you.

You listened through the ear piece as Adam and Blake made it into one of the train cars. You then looked up to see the train about to pass by and you quickly slid down the hill toward the train. You jumped and landed on one of the train cars and began running toward the sound of gunfire.

You pulled your sniper out and quickly got into position. You could see Adam and Blake fighting off a few Atlas robots. Your fox ears twitched as you heard some metal feet running up behind you.

Robot: "Intruder, identify yourself." You let out a sigh. You slowly get up with your hands up and put on a fake smile before turning around.

You: "Hello there." You greet as you count five robots. You could finish with them in time. "I'm a Huntsman and saw some shady characters jump onto the train. I only wanted to help."

Robot: "You will have to follow us. Do not resist."

You: "Now, now, no need for that. Here let me just get my ID for you." You reach down toward your knife. Four of the robots quickly switch into gun weapons while the other holds out its hand.

In a split second, your knife was found in the robots head. Before any of the other robots could react, your gloved hand started to glow purple along with the handle of the knife you threw. The knife came flying back toward you while dragging the robot. You then use the robot as a shield from the gunfire that ensued.

Two of the four robots left quickly switched into sword hands as they charged toward you. You grab your second knife and spin it around as it turns into a standard pistol and fire at the two charging you.

Just as the robots reach you, you kick the robot body shield toward one of them before stabbing your knife into the second and shooting it at point blank range. You then turn the pistol back into a knife before throwing both at the robots that were firing at you and hitting both on the head.

You: "And then there was one." You say as you turn to the last robot that had just gotten up. It seemed to look at its fallen comrades as your knifes flew back into your hands. "It was nice knowing you." You sigh as the robot is knocked off the train.

Blake: "(Y/N), he's distracted." You hear on the earpiece. You quickly run into position.

You: "Remember, this shot will only shock him temporarily. Don't be getting second thoughts." You warn as you see Adam finish the large robot they were fighting. He turned around and saw Blake disconnect the train cars with his hand stretched.

Blake: "Goodbye..." You heard as you saw Adam preparing to jump after her. You then fired and hit him straight on the leg. He fell down to his knees as you got up and ran over to Blake.

You: "Well, your free to do what you want now." You say as you see Adam disappear in the distance. "Where are you planning on going?"

Blake: "I was thinking about using my skills for good." She said.

You: "Hmmm? Becoming a Huntress?"

Blake: "Ya, Beacon Academy." She answered. "The entrance exams are coming up and I thought it would have good security."

You: "Adam can't follow you there." You add as you see a another train appear from a tunnel. "That's our train back to Vale. Let's go."

You both jumped on and played one of the conductors to keep quiet about it. You sat in silence for a while before Blake decided to speak up.

Blake: "What are you going to do?" She seemed to open her mouth to say more but decided not to. You shrug as you reply.

You: "I don't know. I told my parents that I was going to Vale to help you. They told me 'Now don't be coming back until you have an actual job.'" This caused Blake to giggle slightly.

Blake: "They would say that wouldn't they?" You smile slightly and nod. You then take in a deep breath and sigh.

You: "I also told your parents about it..." You add a bit reluctantly. She quickly loses her smile after that. "They both seemed happy that you were safe. Your dad said that when you're ready, they will welcome you back with open arms."

Blake: "How could they forgive me?" She asked as you looked up and saw the tears in her eyes. "I called them cowards and so many other things. I don't deserve their lo-" You cut her off by quickly hugging her.

You: "Don't say that. Their your parents. They will always love you, no matter what happens." You run your hand through her hair. "You just have to forgive yourself."

Blake: "I don't deserve your kindness either... After what I did before you left."

You: "Hey. That's what friends do, we disagree and fight, but we always stand by each other."

Blake: "Thanks (Y/N)." She says as she rubs the tears from her eyes. "You told me about dad, but how is my mom doing?"

You: "Well... She is doing fine but..."

Blake: "Did something happen?!?!" She asks worriedly.

You: "More like what hasn't happened..." You correct.

Blake: "What does that mean?"

You: "She said that she wouldn't welcom you home until, and I quote, 'You marry (Y/N) for all of the nice things he has done for you.'"

You then watch as Blake goes red and tries to cover her face with her hands.

You: "At least that means I have her blessing." You joke and then laugh as Blake let's out a squeak. You swear if it were possible, she would be giving out smoke of her ears.

I wanted to do a Wendy Marvell chapter but some files got messed up on my computer and I lost the chapter. *Sigh*

However, the good news is that I will be writing a little bit. Yay!
